6950s are too old.  Those are pre-GCN cards so nobody is writing software for them anymore since they're too slow to justify the power they'd be using.  If I were you I'd pass on them even if they were free.

Re: THE RISE AND RISE OF MONERO

Decred will rise along side XMR. I still love XMR and will hold for life. DCR offers other features no other coin has brought to light as of yet just like XMR did. I started this thread knowing XMR was something great. I believe the same for DCR. Very undervalued coin.

Take care brothers.

AFAIK, DCR isn't actually being used for any real life apps/platforms.  It's hard to say that something is undervalued when it has no practical use yet.

minexmr.com lets you set a static diff, but the minimum payout is 7 XMR to pool addresses, so you probably don't want to go there unless you have a wallet address to use since you only need 0.5 XMR for payouts to those.

Yeah Fury needs to be on older drivers...if you have newer ones, then I think V10 is the best, with 395 sol/s.  Nice speed increase for 390s and 280x, although after fees its pretty similar to optiminer.  Should we expect another update soon ?  I have some trouble to get optimum speeds with tongas, optiminer gets better results at 225-230 sol/s so far.  Maybe i'm missing something.

Yeah I did not concentrate on tonga cards.
I can reach 430H/s on stock 390X. Or I can try to add Pascal coin to dual miner, or improve CryptoNight miner. Need to select.

I vote for improving the CryptoNight miner too.  At the very least, I'd like to see it updated to be more in line with your other recent miners and fix the 100% fan speed bug on the RX 400 cards.  I've had to move my miners to another miner just because I can't deal with constantly having to reboot the miners when the fan speed ramps up and it sounds like an airport.

Can someone tell me how to remove a driver version totally from the pc? I mean I updated from 16.12 to 17.1 and from that point I can't update, only if I remove the AMD app, but something still remains. After I updated 17.1.1 to 17.1.2 latest version of claymore exits without any error message, but 11.0 works fine. Rolled back to 16.12, the problem still remains.

You can use the AMD Clean Uninstall Utility http://support.amd.com/en-us/kb-articles/Pages/AMD-Clean-Uninstall-Utility.aspx.
DDU-Display Driver Uninstaller. The folder on disk-C/AMD you can just remove.
Thank you guys, sorrily none of them worked, looks like only a total win reinstall can help. :S

Use DDU: http://www.guru3d.com/files-get/display-driver-uninstaller-download,20.html It's always working Wink
I tried exactly this one, after that installed 15.12: claymore 11.0 worked 11.1 not. Tryed to update to 16.12 -> update was partially successful, the AMD software was on 16.12 but the driver version still 15.12.

You need to run DDU in safe mode.
