I have been doing some research about the project which has full transparency, I have a little bit of money invested in the project. I can't answer that question because I really don't know, all I'm thinking is the fact that they wanna finish on 30 April with the distribution of the coins, what will remain will be burned.
On 9 May the withdrawal will be available and on the 12-13-15 May the first 3 major Asian exchanges. June is for major European exchanges I think 4 exchanges will be announced if I'm not mistaking (don't read the roadmap, there are only 2 written there but they are talking about more on the telegram channel).
My guess to conclude this is they want to raise more so they can build the ecosystem faster and better, get all those features activated in the wallet system and the app, and probably finish their own exchange, that's why they are sticking to the roadmap atm

Definitely, the discussion was on the official telegram channel about the listing o the exchanges, it's not already been settled because plans have changed. Due to the fact that the ico started on 1st February and ended 1 month earlier than expected, they said that there will be added 50 phases, and also more exchanges because more money will flow in!

At this moment all I can say is that coinbase has student coin listed for more than a year, it's not available yet to trade because Hardcap was achieved 1 week ago, and the roadmap says specifically that major exchanges are waiting to be announced on June/July.

I can only assume this atm, but I know there will be 4 major exchanges in June, 1 exchange top 5, 1 exchange top 10, 2 exchange top 10-50.
It's already listed on coinbase, but you cant trade it. That being said I am 99% sure that coinbase will be one exchange that will adopt this coin!
