If you take it all at once I am willing to overpay 10%. Otherwise I will overpay 5%.

Sending first won't prevent you from charging back the fund
That's why there's always a high fee on Paypal

You will not get any refund, so i suggest to contact the police and solicitors, exactly like i did!Now i see how big is their SCAM. They are using a lot of fake accounts to give them positive reviews. Fucking Moldavian cunt...
