Hello, thanks tytanick for the OS, nice work, keep on going! 
optiminer crashes a lot, claymore's is slow as .... they focus on win version unfortunately :/
about root problem, this can be a solution maybe:
- you change and keep the root pass
- create admin user, which login can be turned on/off from web dashboard (so only the owner could login)
- admin user couldn't change root pass for obv. resasons
(unique admin group)
..or something like that
it's convenient to know root access, but not secure for sure.
