Me quedan clarísimas las respuestas. Gracias. Parece ser que mi razonamiento inicial era equivocado y el asesor en cuestión no era especializado o no tenía suficiente conocimiento.

Me quedo con estos mensajes hasta que no se anuncie lo contrario en el BOE.
Tocará seguir pagando impuestos por todas las operaciones con crypto 

Tengo interés por conocer cómo otros usuarios de España se gestionan y administran tributariamente los impuestos derivados de sus operaciones.
Me parece un poco desconcertante llevar un seguimiento tan profundo de todas mis transacciones.
Es como si tuviese que declarar yo (cliente) el IVA en vez de el empresario, nos haría la vida más difícil a todos.
La última vez que declaré, tomé mis ventas anuales de los CEX y tuve que ir buscando valores iniciales vs valores finales. Parece fácil pero tardé varios días en obtener toda la información anual.

Tomaré tu consejo y mis disculpas de nuevo si ha sido una situación embarazosa para ti.

Había entendido algo como: estás cometiendo un delito no pagando los impuestos que deberías - en este foro todos pagamos impuestos - menos tú malvado

The reason why is that I asked how could I pay with my Bitcoin and which taxation would be applied.
I got a response from an user as if I was trying not to pay taxes and elude my tax responsibilities.

I’m worried someone can legally attack me and sue me because of financial misdemeanor.

Based on your responses I will decide to stay in the forum and continue collaborating with others and learning new things.

Para nada. No busco eludir impuestos, sino obtener el máximo rendimiento de mi inversión con el menor impacto fiscal. Siempre he pagado impuestos sobre mis rendimientos, aunque desconocía si pudiese realizarse compras directamente sin declararlo como una venta.

No estoy acostumbrado a estar registrando todas mis compras, comparar el valor de adquisición con el de venta, ya que en casos como el mío donde compro con cierta frecuencia es difícil llevar un adecuado seguimiento. Para mí usar crypto al menos en España es una locura.

Contacté con un asesor fiscal y me comentaba que si compro productos o servicios con crypto estoy exento de declararlo y tributar.
No sé si estará en lo cierto después de haber escuchado vuestros comentarios.

Y por favor, nótese el interés educativo, que para nada vengo a culpar a la comunidad bitcointalk de evasión de impuestos solo porqué utilizan una moneda virtual no Fiat.

¿Cuál es el objetivo de ejecutar un nodo propio de Bitcoin?

Entiendo que son los siguientes:
- Incrementar la descentralización de la red.
- Crear un nodo de alta disponibilidad para: 1. desarrollo de aplicaciones blockchain, al que me pueda conectar siempre; 2. transaccionar en la red

No sé si hay alguna razón más para desplegar un nodo completo de Bitcoin.

Intentando aportar al tema en cuestión; existe otra opción: en vez de montarlo localmente - utilizar un servidor AWS donde desplegarlo.

If financial institutions, which include CEX, are prohibited from using XMR, DASH or transacting in the LN.
How is an individual supposed to access these crypto assets? (open question - I'm not currently looking forward to acquire any of these - curious about the legal aspect)

For now, Binance is my main CEX (in the past I've also used Coinbase) - looking forward to learn more about the alternatives

This is unrelated to the question but anyways: are there any ways I can buy Bitcoin and withdraw it into a LN wallet/address directly? (avoiding the transaction fees two times between CEX -> wallet -> LN and then back to LN -> wallet -> CEX)
I have been navigating several DEX but unfortunately I couldn't find any that would transact in the Lightning network.

Abro este thread en cuanto al uso y disfrute de crypto en España, incluyendo tanto a Bitcoin como Ether y altcoins.

Estoy intentando buscar formas inteligentes de utilizar mis fondos.

1. Vendiendo mis crypto por fiat - obteniendo un rendimiento y tributando a Hacienda mi ganancia/pérdida.
2. Comprar productos o servicios directamente - de esta manera creo que no estoy obligado a declarar ni tributar a Hacienda - disminuyendo el riesgo a que cometa un error en la declaración y ser penalizado/multado posteriormente - me deduzco el valor del impuesto sobre el rendimiento que se genera en la venta, ya que no estoy efectuando una venta en sí - evitando llevar un control de mis valores de compras y venta (cosa que a mi parecer es un esfuerzo sobrehumano - hice un ejercicio anterior y me costó la misma vida recabar todos los datos)
3. Transferir mis crypto a terceras partes - familiares o amigos por ejemplo - donde creo que tampoco tendría que pagar ni tributar - pero sí serían las terceras partes quienes deberían tributar (aunque desconozco exactamente cómo y cuándo)
4. Utilizar una tarjeta de un Exchange o similares asociadas a una cartera crypto - entiendo que este método es igual que una venta y debe declarar el rendimiento - cosa que me parece una locura si realizas +100 transacciones al mes con la tarjeta. Siendo sincero, no entiendo el propósito de dichas tarjetas y qué beneficios tiene sobre una venta y transferencia a tu cuenta bancaria.
5. Comprar una tarjeta prepago VISA o Mastercard que fuese recargable con crypto - en establecimientos como Bitrefill por ejemplo - aunque desconozco si se debe tributar en absoluto como un rendimiento 

Escucho vuestras opiniones - no estoy describiendo o preguntando cómo NO pagar impuestos - sino más bien qué operaciones puedo realizar y su impacto en mi declaración de tributos anual.
Además busco formas creativas y efectivas de utilizar mis crypto que no sean solamente venderlo - evitando en mayor medida la imposición del 20-25% o más sobre el rendimiento generado (cosa que me parece totalmente abusiva).

Espero se note mi interés educativo por conocer más sobre el aspecto fiscal y de usabilidad práctica en el mundo real de las criptomonedas.

I have tried to withdraw BTC through the Lightning Network in Binance, but the option is unavailable.

I contacted Binance Customer Service and the agent replied I'm not able to withdraw/deposit through LN because I'm an EU citizen.

It turns out that the new EU regulations have banned the LN in CEX such as Binance and Coinbase. Also other crypto like XMR and DASH have been banned too.
I understood from the Binance Customer Service that EU decided to ban it because the LN transactions cannot be traced.

Even if I'm not allowed to withdraw from/deposit to an CEX, I'm now unsure that I can use the LN in EU at all.
I'm not able to find any information around the topic anywhere in the Internet.

Can I still use the Bitcoin Lightning Network in Europe with wallets supporting it?
Can I be prosecuted because of using it at all?

There are still other altcoins with low fees, but Bitcoin is the most mature and capitalized crypto in the market; the LN enables Bitcoin to be used in everyday transactions.
I can buy a coffee instantly with virtually no fees, and the transaction is confirmed instantaneously.
An analogy I've found useful: Bitcoin is your bank equity and statements and Bitcoin Lightning Network coins are analogue to cash, untraceable and anonymous.
If Bitcoin Lightning Network is banned - cash should be banned equally - shouldn't it?
