I am supposed to publish the unified stakeholder list today but I have just finished thread 1. I apologize for the delay but I do need some sleep now so will be back at work tomorrow. Be patient

Are you going to kick anyone else out of the genesis block?
Yes everyone who joined nem by mistake and now think it is not a good idea.
If there is something to be learned from what is happening to NXT is this:
Try and make the client as "average user" friendly as possible.
Besides distribution, the other thing affecting NXT is that the community seems to refuse to reach out to the average person.
The client itself is horrible for first time users and they have yet to officially release an all-in-one easy to use client. I mean, you still have to use a really long password and remember it, average Joe gets scared away by this (one of the bad things of the cleint).
The marketing team is basically non-existent and the community is pretentious when it comes to non-tech savvy users.
It seems like NEM will be a really good competitor if it is launched and done right.
From the looks of it, everyone in NEM community is learning for the mistakes of other PoS systems.
QFT.
Seriously, this.
+1 The NEM client needs to be a simple one-click installer, nothing like NXT client.
I agree NEM client needs to be as simple to install as possible, most people are not tech oriented enough to install NXT but all people are potential user if the client is easy to install and simple to use.
+1 Once I thought NXT could be the Bitcoin 2.0 and bring better things to humanity, not anymore.
It's been several mouths but NXT still yet have an easy-to-use client, and the horrible distribution for a decentralized currency have not improved a little bit. Nor anyone over there take these as serious problems.

Very interesting experiment here on many levels, help answers what happens to a blockchain when pow is finished? can a freely given coin become worth something? all 50 mil hit the market at once what will happen?.......we all have prediction and I think I know somewhat the answers but interesting to examine it live.
The price will drop very fast yeah? There're so many want to cash in, I'll be ready to buy.

Re: [ANN]Faircoin - The First Fairly Distributed COIN -Vote for us on exchanges!
10 minutes block time is WAAAAAY to long. On the "business" side of this coin, no merchant wants to wait 10 minutes to confirm any transactions. I think we need to change this to something between 30-90 seconds blocks. This could be a deal breaker and since we are at the beginning ... Forking this now would be natural and the right thing to do since the issue as already been pointed out.
The other thing I noticed is that the devs are too quiet in this forum and take too much time to react/respond/update. The team might be too small unexperienced, if team there is. But the beauty about OpenSource projects is just that. OPEN! So that's were the community should step in and contribute in their own way to help get this coin out there and make it a success. Some of us already have and I salute all of you
