Just keep yourself busy. Work, work, work!!!

focus on solutions
Always point your mind to "way out", so the problem can be solved as precisely and immediately as possible. If you feel the problem can be controlled, then the next step is you should be able to prevent it from happening again.
Dare to take some options, just in case the first solution does not go as planned. You still have second and third planning.
Focus on things you can control, such as your attitude and effort.

You always need to remain yourself so that later there is no unpleasant exposure. We need to expand our horizons so that we can support the conversation on any topic.

keep a sincere attitude. Insincere people tend to smile too often, speak too loudly, and usually laugh to cover up their anxiety. To be a good friend, you have to get rid of insincerity. You can not keep friendship with insincerity because in the end your friends will see your true self, and most likely will feel betrayed.

Accept also what you can not change from yourself. For example, introverts usually prefer to spend time alone and need quiet moments to "recuperate." They will feel very tired and unhappy about trying to be extroverted. Accept your real self right now. Thus, you can more freely develop yourself to be a positive person
