I was recently thinking to buy some of that coin, but what stops me is seeing demo of v3 about a year ago and nothing else in a year or so. I truly believe devs are working as hard as they can, but zero activity in 4.5 months on github, absolutely no transparent information on what is happening and that point from February's roadmap:
" Hard fork planning with community and all involved exchanges for the V3 base change in preparation to switch from V3 beta to V3 production seamlessly once testing is complete."
Is there beta somewhere?
Not being sarcastic, no fud here, just trying ot decide not how much to put in, but is it even worth it. Opinions?

Greg, do you have any plans on switching to POS - masternodes setup? Asking because if the coin takes off, some bad guys might try to attack 4yo wallet. A lot of things has changed in crypto.

I don't think you fully understand he is not the person to piss off. Whatever you say, he is the real creator of SAFE coin, not few guys trying to fork it. There are things in that code not many people besides James know about.
I was mining SAFE coin for awhile, hoping some heavyweight marketing will make it somehow popular, but doing what you guys did to JL777 ... I'll let my rent finish up and probably switch my attention someplace-else. With pissed off James on the sidelines, I would place my bets not in your favor. It could make you stronger though, as they say.

This is highly professional way to resolve the issue by refunding early investors and let this on their choice to decide whether they still want to invest or not once the chain will be restarted after the fixing of issues. This is impressive attitude and shows confidence of developers in their project. I will be following for updates.
I would agree as long as they agree to do a coin swap as well. Many people spent time and money mining the coins and the dev has not yet committed to doing a coin swap.

We were considering a universal swap for all Buran coin holders, but miners acted so irresponsibly after the announcement of a faulty chain that we have reclined from doing so.
There is no way to track the amount of coins people have because it is impossible to know what was mined before the announcement. The
majority of miners pressuring us into the swap are now staking their POW gains. If we were to swap 100% of peoples holdings it would lead to a large chunk of the premine being distributed to people exploiting the system.
Now. If I pretend to be serious, considering your huge premine and the amount of masternodes sold, I am wondering why are you still here? Because second round of scamming is much sweeter? Not even mentally disturbed person is going to give you a penny after your handling of the situation. No swap? Good luck.

I don't think it's possible as of now. Considering that dev regularly shows up and latest posts were concerning CoinsMarkets scamming everyone, it would be safe to assume he had all his coins there and now have absolutely no incentive to do anything with this coin. Am I right dev? Yes, that idea would work. Setup node of any old coin, setup stratum proxy, mine to proxy with bfgminer. Which coins do you have in mind?

Every current holder of BTCD coins must have no doubts Komodo-team will do everything right.
Just hold your coins in your wallets and let them decide what to do. Not on the exchange.
There are numerous ways to swap, including privkeydumps, wallets.dat sending, making new wallets, whatever they decide to do, I am pretty sure everyone will get their KMD.
