Could someone help me with a question about NEO?

On Bittrex, when we transfer NEO to our wallet they charge NEO. So does the wallet charge NEO or GAS to transfer NEO somewhere else? An example being sending NEO from NEON to an exchange to sell. Do we need to worry about having partial NEO shares getting stuck? Example being .975 NEO on the wallet after paying a transaction fee of .025 NEO.

Also, one more question:

Do people here consider NEON to be the safest wallet at the moment? I have a Ledger Nano S, but NEO isn't supported with the device yet. It just concerns me having a wallet just sitting around on my computer. I could just put it in cold storage, but the wallet needs to be reinstalled to access the coins. I don't like the security risks that presents... Any tips to increase security?

Thanks for the help

do not send partial neo to wallet. send whole number only or it will be lost. like do not send 0.5, 0.7 or 0.99 NEO, it will be lost. you donot get any GAS when it was on bittrex. you can put NEO on web wallet and use the private key from that wallet to log on to NEON wallet, you will see the GAS accumulated there but you wont see anything when it was on bittrex.

When I transfer any NEO out of my NEON wallet (to another wallet for example), will it charge me NEO or GAS for the transaction fee?

One more question. I bought NEO when it was ANT about 3 months ago and I have been storing on exchange. What has happened to any GAS/Antcoins that have accrued with Bittrex since I have had my NEO/ANT there? Has Bittrex stated any intent anywhere to deliver the GAS/Antcoins to holders on exchange?

Hello Patrike,

I am looking to manage all of my computers remotely. I thought that might be possible with the Remote Agent, but it does not give me full functionality. Could you direct me to a post on how to add miners to a central computer so that I can manage them with all the functionality of when it is run locally? If it matters, I have the premium edition.

If you look at the link below, you would think twice before buying a gpu miner . I do not know the truth of this post but its worth reading.

This strikes me as foolish. His thought process is perfect for lazy people and those with a victim mentality. People who do things half assed will likely not succeed. Surprised? I am not... Learning to mine isn't easy, but it isn't hard either. It takes perseverance and planning. Of course the difficulty will go up if the coin is succeeding. That is just logic. That doesn't meant that it isn't possible to make money along the way. It is just one more component to be mindful of. You will be hard pressed to find a business capable of the upside of mining in a similar time frame. I am looking at about 8 months before I am at break even on my costs over an operational time of about 18 months. That is pretty damn awesome to me.

Oh wait... Lets continue to keep up the charade. There is no way that anyone can make money at this.

Hi !

I've manager to get all components but the GPUs: motherboards, risers, cases ...

It appears mostly impossible to find any RX 4xx or RX 5xx in stock on any market, i'm actually stuck looking for any good GPU to take.

Any suggestions ?

Thx !

Be flexible. You have to roll with the punches. There aren't many AMD cards on the market. So, what else is there? Check Newegg.... Or any of the dozens of parts suppliers on the internet.

I use 4 Asus Prime Z270-A with 8 GPUs (7 x PCIE + 1 M.2 -> PCIE adapter).

That's a very expensive mother board.

My a88x-g45 have 6 pcie but can only support 5. With extension it sort of support 6

The z270-A is all that I will use. I have had great luck with it so far. I have 6 mining computers going now with between 6-8 Nvidia GPUs. I am not going to sweat ~$20-50 for a better MoBo when I am spending 4-6k on the overall computer... I went with what I knew would work. Period.
