The only altcoin I hold long term is ETH. Everything else has its cycle just like altcoin season

Beyond skins is physical assets. Bridging the physical to the digital is key. I see this more with high value collectibles than anything.

I haven't ever really looked into Neo's stablecoin, would love to learn more. What's everyone's thoughts?

The two are definitely quite similar but both have some missing pieces such as decentralization, chain interoperability and compatibility with EVM. My thoughts are that Ethereum will still dominate the space with upgrades as they come and there will be existing platforms that cover all the bases such as Moac that will rise from the bottom.

I think the better statement is crypto to replace fiat. There will be more than just Bitcoin imo

Eos is too centralized to be considered a valid cryptocurrency, my choice would be Moac if you are looking to deploy smart contracts and surpasses both in terms of scalability due to Moac's dual layer technology

I think what Ampleforth is trying to become is a stable account of money not necessarily a 'stablecoin' pegged to fiat or crypto. Instead they use a algorithm to help balance supply and demand.

Rather than updating with constant price predictions why don't we start a conversation around IOTA and how it differs to say competition such as EOS, NEO or MOAC?

in the grand scheme of things cryptocurrency has allowed more people to pay attention to the world around them. to gain control of their finances, who controls what and ultimately how we interact with the rest of the world. the love for crypto is deep seeded even though somedays there might be some anger but we're all still here aren't we?

Did you guys see that the Grin community is creating swag to sell for profits towards development?

I think people choose crypto because of its nature being decentralized, community driven and one that can open global trade. There will be a lot of projects that will come and go until there is something so simple that it makes sense for people to use on a day to day basis. There will also be a lot of conversation around what true indpendent money means. I was reading a really good article about the topic of independent money is and it made me realize why people choose crypto all together.
