Or just hired someone that can create you a explorer.

Do you know where I could find a dev that can create this explorer ? Or how much it would cost me ?

I have my own altcoin. Based on bitcoin abe https://github.com/bitcoin-abe/bitcoin-abe/tree/v0.7.2 , how can i build my own altcoin blockchain explorer ?

that would be great to find a detailed tutorial about how to change it from bitcoin to an altcoin
