can someone explain if the coin is still trying to do what the original website said?

i bought in because of the huge potential in this :

now it seems to be nothing more than a coin with PoS and masternodes.

whats the point of syndicate now?

im using a mac and running windows through parallels. for some reason the files wouldnt download through parallels but did on the mac.

things seem to be working now.

i have tried following the steps. the download didnt work. it says "file to big to be stable"

also tried adding the nodes and the wallet still wont connect.
