yup..some shitheads are trying to swap some cool envion coins for a shitcoin and some rookies might fall for this scam. the envion team should make a stand against this
Yup, it does prove two things.
1. The team behind Monopoly have some faith in Envion.
2. Monopoly is total shit since they now offer like 1000% bonus when you transfer EVN tokens that you can get for 0.09 USD. If the Monopoly project would have any value for real, they would never do that.
Yes. And it's the "perfect" thing to do. Create a new token that promise extreme roi. But in a few years time so that you're not in a hurry. Use it to pay for other coins and tokens that have value or at least potential.
Run away with the money.

I was watching there was so much excitement over the judgement which came in favor of founders. I waited for more clear image to appear but founders are silent again like they were before. I was expecting a statement under blog as they did couple of times. Why prices are not keep climbing probably whales recovered losses partially if not totally in last pump.
They did post an update yesterday, that's not really being silent.

I also read this update but when they will post about their future plan in details and what will be happened to investors. Will they get compensate because of this stupid drama and when the team will get control over funds and move forward with new spirit. I think it will be nice to see everything in details to build trust again on this project.
I agree totally. But i think it would be too early to say.
They need to get control of the company, get control of the money, see how much money was lost etc etc.
So i would think we have to expect at least a month until they know exactly how to proceed. Probably longer with more court cases etc.
But hopefully they will keep us posted.

I watch with interest this scam. All this performance was pre-planned by the organizers of Envion. I very much regret that I spent my time on participating in the campaign bounty of this project.
If you can't prove that, then just stfu. You add nothing to the discussion.He is right and many people filling this same and you should STFU We all have worked for Envion. If you never translated anything or written an article then you don't know how time-consuming this is. Months of waiting and listening to multiple lies. That was and still is the reality of Envion project. I hope that finally, we will get our hard earned ENV tokens.
It's not about feelings, it's about knowing before you say anything. I don't say it's out of the question that everything was planned. But if you don't know it and can back it with proof. You should not say anything since you add nothing to the discussion.

Are there any update about the ongoing court cases and the Envion project?
There were no updates or announcements from both sides lately. In begin they screamed loud, accusing each other and now when facts are good known they stopped with communication. All scammers behave like this.

Well, if you did read the latest founders update from the 7th you would see that they reference this. "The next court date is scheduled for June 21st".
So lets wait until tomorrow or friday and see if there's an update or not.

Envion founders are not allowed to use this channel due to an injunction filed by the *cough cough* CEO. See above for link to founders channel which is quite active regarding the current situation.

This is surprising to see such a price spike in the actual Envion situation with court cases and fraud committed by both sides founders and CEO.I was sure we will be looking at slow down movement to 0, not a spike 100% in one day. Who is buying this token? Everybody is saying that this tokens bought on the exchange are worth nothing. Am I missing something here?
Well the founder side posted good news for them, that will of course create a little price spike.
With the prices so very low, people like to gamble i guess.
If you have a 1000 usd to spare and like to gamble. Buying like 10000 envion tokens for 0.1 usd each would be an interesting gamble since if they ever start production and pay dividends, it would be a very good investment. But as i said, i gamble, since there will probably never be any production and dividends what so ever.

Well..
If this project developed as advertised, yes you would get those dividends by doing that.
But as it stands now it's way more unclear. I would say that at least 95% chance you will not get anything at all.

Well that's only one side of the story.
We do not know who is in the right, or if there's even a side that's honest at all.
I tend to believe the other side. But in the end that's just me guessing and of course. Since i'm a technician. I tend to believe other tech people.

Well, i would say chances are low.
My point was just that this was a security not a commodity. So people complaining about the value of the token seem to forget what the ICO was about.
But of course, if you want to leave, it sucks that the value is low.
We will see. I have enough tokens to be very happy if dividends come in the end. But didn't invest all i owned, so will not cry myself to sleep if this crumbles completely.

While it's very worrying what's going on. With two sides feuding over a company that had a 100 millon dollar ICO.
I don't think the current value of the token is important at all.
The ICO was never about a valuable token in itself. It was about a security token that would receive dividends. And those dividends would never be affected by the token value. So no need to care about that.
