Re: who are those buying when the price is down and almost everyone is dumping ?

Have you ever asked yourself this same question each time you panic sell during a bear market like this ?  who are those buying? why are they buying? what will they use if for ? these are the questions i do ask myself and it helped me hodl some of my token and later made some profit from them .

New entrants to the trading market are often afraid of falling prices. Only experienced and adventurous investors buy when prices fall.

Eth went as low as $177 today from $223 just almost a week ago and almost every coin in the market are bleeding. Does this hard dump signals the hard bounce or possibly the bull approaching? Or did i miss some news. I am just so curious.

Today when I opened the CMC website I was really shocked. I do not understand what's going on. Market collapses too much within hours. This is beyond the speculation of many experts.

It is important to be conscious that in crypto anything could happen so we don't get caught up in it.Crypto is full of up and down.

I agree with you. When entering the coin market we need to calm down, do not panic in the crowd. Each person should have his own plan and always follow his principle.

I have been doing my research on which good altcoin to hold, but i also need your opinion on which to hold.

My top choices are Bitcoin and Ethereum. These are the two coins that I consider to be the most potent in the future. Also I also hold some NEO, XRP, BCH.

I agree with you. This is a scam. If anyone is not careful can lose money because of buying a token worthless. Be sure to check out the unreasonable profits.

Looking at the charts it still seems likely BTC will still fall well below 6000. Are you optimistics for a turn around in perhaps October or November?

I think that BTC prices will not change much this year. Market situation is not exciting. Investors seem to be hesitant in trading. There is no new money flow into the cryptocurrency market.

Re: Is the crypto market really for anyone?
by
haidangtp
on 02/11/2018, 02:22:01 UTC
I think this market is not for everyone and that is why I do not usually recommend my friends or family to invest in cryptos, as it is well known that most people have a great aversion to risk and that is why traditional investment instruments still receive large amounts of money despite their stingy returns. And because of this usual risk rejection many newbies use to cry so much as soon as they suffer some loss in this market, because they never assume the great risk that crypto investments involve and believe that getting rich overnight is a simple and easy task.

There are many people who do not believe in cryptocurrency, so they are not interested in the field. They claim that cryptocurrency is worthless. There are people who understand cryptocurrency but they do not want to venture into it.

Re: It's time to sell
by

I'm not spreading FUD and everyone is free to do whatever he wants. After all, it's your money.

What I'm suggesting here is to take all the tokens and coins you're holding and start reading the whitepaper, check the roadmap, see the team behind that project and how active the developers are is by looking at the GitHub repository. If it's not looking that good, don't think twice, just go and sell regardless of initial buy price because you'll be cutting your losses this way.

I understand that saying "hodl" is nice etc but you should use your brain and don't be blinded by the idea that every useless out there will go to the moon. Only a few are worth investing in so instead of holding random coins, you may want to target something that has been here for a long time and still doing well such as ETH, BTC.

I think this depends on what coins you hold? Not every coin should hold, there are coins to sell. So, before deciding to sell a coin, you need to research things thoroughly and then decide.

I think that if you want to save money you must first have a stable income. When the money you make is greater than the minimum spend, then you are beginning to think about saving it.

Seeing btc going down for quite some time now, I thought people will be withdrawing their investment to shares and others business. But it amaze that btc is gaining more popularity and people are still rushing btc. What is the secret behind btc?

Bitcoin still stands despite market downturn. Bitcoin has the greatest value and is considered the king of coins. So I always put faith in it.

Recently there have been several news about Etherum falling or bitcoin dumping or more still an altcoin dying
The truth is newbies are been deceived to sell cheap or buy expensive

Newbies need to work and trust their research power and not be intimidated by any news

Newbie do not have trading experience. So it is best to choose the coin in the top 10 CMC for long term hold. After having a lot of knowledge, you can start trading

Re: December is coming no real growth for alts yet...

People in the world of cryptocurrency are all hoping, expecting, praying and also wishing that come the end of this year -- December 2019 -- there can be a bull run for both Bitcoin and the rest of the cryptocurrency market. Sadly, things are not yet picking up and I am not seeing big signs that we can have it this year.

I am concerned that if there will be bull run (even a mild one will do) this year, we can be starting the year 2019 with a gloomy mood setting up for the rest of the year a bearish situation. Of course, not unless maybe there can be that ETF thing approval from SEC maybe that can be the big difference.

I agree with you. It is difficult for the market to repeat as it did in December 2017. Today is over in October and there are no signs of recovery altcoin. It is possible that this period will last until 2019

I noticed some coins are removing from the coinmarketcap and some from specific exchange. I don't understand how the coin vanishing.Could anyone give me some reasons why coins are removing?

I have heard about some of the reasons that coin was removed from the CMC. I do not confirm what is correct, but perhaps those coins do not meet the requirements of coinmarketcap.

Bitcoin will end when there is no coin to dig. What opportunities are waiting in this space?

It's still too long to get there. There are many issues that we are more concerned about at the moment. For example, what would the bitcoin value be like in 10 years or so?

Re: Why many projects are dead
by
haidangtp
on 27/10/2018, 02:20:56 UTC
That should be expected as it is a natural principle. Most projects are dead because of poor management by the team members because they lack the expertise in crypto and failed to seek for counsel from experts. Also, projects with no backing product or tangible ideology behind is likely to go down the drain as it will lose the interest of potential investors.

I think cryptocurrency does not need to have as much coin as it is today. Just very few useful coins are enough. Most of the projects are for investors, not as a means of payment.

Re: Is investing on ICOs still profitable?
by

on 26/10/2018, 13:36:05 UTC
Hello everyone, I have seen many failed projects recently. I have received many emails regarding investing on ICOs, so is it still a good time to invest? I didn't made good with my earlier investments. Is there still a future for ERC-20 tokens?

I think that with the current situation, investing in ICOs is difficult to make profit. Very few projects can succeed after the ICO. However, if you have the experience to evaluate the project and the development team then you can earn a profit.
