The wallet I sent to is mine.
What happens to my bitcoins in this case? Are they lost forever?

Good afternoon,

I sent my bitcoins (BTC - Exchange from Brasil) to the wrong wallet (BCH - Poloniex).

Has anyone had this problem? Is it possible to solve with both exchanges?

I got in touch with both on 12/18/2017 but until now I have no return.
