They'll ban gold before they ban bitcoin. Bitcoin is still deep under the radar in India, only a few people in the loop know about it.

I have given my vote in others because i did not think any of the above options give surety or earning bitcoin or even we can loose them there .

If i have got 10 bitcoins to invest right now,then i will be very safe in investing them because thats a big amount for me.So i will never invest all of them together.May be only 5 Btc i invest and that too in different places like in some good ICO's and some altcoins as well.
I think the biggest problem in gambling is the effort to chase their losses and placing more bet in hope that a win will cover their previous loss and this only keeps increasing the loss.I have myself faced this,previous losses always comes in my mind and in effort to cover that loss i loose even more.
For those people who came into bitcoin world really early when bitcoin price was just 1USD for those it was possible to get rich with the bitcoins and many lucky ones succedded but right now i am not able to think about any way of getting rich with the bitcoins.

I think those who are already rich can only do it for fun because loosing or winning doesnt affect them much,but for a normal person its really difficult to play only for fun.

While doing bitcoin.i agree. physical money is still the way most transactions are normally done every single day. it's government ran. it's accessible to most people. it doesn't need online connection. bitcoin is good for transferring money and doing online transactions but it still is dependent on whether there is online access. compared to fiat, which as you've said is how most transactions were done, bitcoin would require a lot more to be fully accepted and i think with how things are going now, fiat would still be the major form of currency that we will all have even in the future
But even fiat needs an internet connection. For example, if you want to withdraw from the bank, you are unable to do so if there's no internet connection. Maybe your statement is true only to people that use cash (or fiat's physical form) but not to people that mainly use card to buy things.
Mass adoption is the only answer to your problem - bitcoin not getting accepted by everybody. As for you, it doesn't have to be literally everybody but only people that you transact with. You can influence your business partners or people that you always do cash transaction with to try bitcoins.
Specially i see in my country approx 60% of people in my country doesnt ever used internet but they are using fiat and never needed internet for that where as for bitcoins,internet usage is neccessary.
