Their support should be able to help because the password of your account should be exist on their database and they are the one who can recover your account, that is centralized wallet.

the gas fee was high but now is not anymore, only around 40 - 60 gwei if you see on etherscan gas tracker.

I don't think you can do that. What you can do is transfer the token to other address.
Just transfer it to burn address like 0x000... and it will be gone from your wallet.
But why do you want to get rid of it ? You need gas fee to move the token out of your wallet.

Creating token with something backing the value is very good, but it will need to be proved.
No one will buy the token if they can't verify that the token is really backed by some physical value like silver.
And it would be better to make the announcement thread on announcement board if you are the owner of the project.

For trading, you should using exchange wallet because you can cut the cost of transfer fee between your wallet to the exchange.

I think fake ID can be fabricated and this is not good for the project. Once there are some audit to the project, it will create some red flags because some of their investors are fake because the fake ID. Maybe the project will need to find a way to detect the fake IDs between the real IDs.
