there is some issues with the nodes they can't connect from different regions because when i used a vpn it worked where is your region try a vpn i hope your problem get solved.

on what algo ? on eth its around 14- 17 with decent overclock and 170 - 200 on equihash

too much over clock can cause this based on dstm miner's troubleshooting sector but try giving the memory some voltage if you need the oc.
