The guys are back - that's great! I often win and withdraws, I'm not lying!!! Otherwise I would have left this site long ago! I've been in this thread since 2017!!!

Can they disable the lottery tickets on WOF when you have lottery tickets disabled in settings? Replace lottery tickets with RP tokens?

Feature request on WOF for people who have disabled lottery tickets.

Could lottery tickets be replaced with RP tokens on WOF when DISABLE LOTTERY option is ticked in the settings?

it this a legit email?
Yes its legit.

Is it possible for Braiins to ignore a broken temperature sensor and carry on mining?
I have tried to set the fan to a fixed speed, but it didn't work.

I get a lot of I2C errors: i2c: Hashchip I2C read transaction error! Retrying...
Are they from the temp sensor?

Its just errors in communication, can be anything from bad cables, bad psu, etc.
Bad temp sensor either don't show or show crazy values like 200°C...

Yes sensors can be ignored but i doubt that's your issue.

Thank you very much for clarifying

100% to 50%:

ssh root@ip.ad.re.ss "/etc/init.d/bosminer_monitor stop && sed -i 's/fan_set_duty(i, 100)/fan_set_duty(i, 50)/g' /usr/sbin/bosminer_monitor.lua && /etc/init.d/bosminer_monitor start"

At your own risk...

I tried, and it made no difference. Fans spin up to 100% when bosminer is restarted or device starts up/
I even tried at 25% and there was no difference.

Second question:
If I want to run at 1100W during the day and 900W during the night and I want two different Fan speeds:

e.g.
10am - 8pm: 1100W, 22% fan speed
8pm - 10am: 900W, 15% fan speed

How would I add the fan speed parameter to the command below?

Hi, is there any way to automatically switch performance profiles in Braiins OS at any time? I need him to run at full power at night and only low power during the day. I searched everywhere and didn't find it. Thank you

You need to follow these steps (note that numbers are examples, change them to your proper numbers):

1. Set the tuner power limit to 900 and let the device tune and gets stable

2. SSH to the device and run the command below:
Code:
cp /etc/bosminer-autotune.json /etc/tune900.json

3. Now back to the device set the tuner power limit to 1250 and let it tunes and gets stable

4. Again SSH to the device and run the command below:
Code:
cp /etc/bosminer-autotune.json /etc/tune1250.json

5. log in to the Braiins OS+ web interface and navigate to System > Schedule Tasks

6. Copy and paste the following command to the text area and save it.

Code:
0 9 * * * /etc/init.d/bosminer stop && sed -i 's/psu_power_limit = 1250/psu_power_limit = 900/' /etc/bosminer.toml && cp /etc/tune900.json /etc/bosminer-autotune.json && /etc/init.d/bosminer start

Code:
0 21 * * * /etc/init.d/bosminer stop && sed -i 's/psu_power_limit = 900/psu_power_limit = 1250/' /etc/bosminer.toml && cp /etc/tune1250.json /etc/bosminer-autotune.json && /etc/init.d/bosminer start

7. SSH again to the device run the command below:
Code:
/etc/init.d/cron restart

8. Set device time zone to your proper time zone

9. The device will work 09:00 to 21:00 with 900w as PSU power limit and 21:00 to 09:00 with 1250w as PSU power limit.

Hi,

How do I prevent the miner from going 100% fan on start up?
I am currently using a smart power switch with a schedule, where it mines throughout the day.  This is just a single S9.
