I signed up for an ICO the other day and saw that they were giving away quite a lot of tokens for just signing up with Twitter and Telegram. How do they benefit from this? Do they just want more followers or do they want to get rid of tokens? Or is it maybe just a scam?
That's just a way of quick promotion of the forum's threads, socials and telegram.
If an experienced investor sees that there was an airdrop he understands that there is ~ 20-30% of real (interested) followers in the project. Others follow because of airdrop's task.

Now there are massive blocking of Twitter accounts.
Most often, block accounts when you to use mass-following. Blocks is forever!
Also do not use hashtags #ICO #Cryptocurrency etc

There was an info that Twitter plans to start banning crypto ads. May that be the main reason of blocking bountyhunters' accounts?
You are not ready with the airdrop / bounty details and you have already posted a topic. How will this help in community building?
Coin looks okay, but there is no white paper either on your website, its says Coming in Q2 2018. You must be knowing that more than 100 coins are launched each day which solves the same purpose.

I think I'll wait for WP too because I can't see much difference from other similar projects yet.

We do trade cryptocurrncies and Fiat. now we have make partnership with epay as Fiat payment methode

"the market is now so bad" not only for alts. It's bad for all cryptos.
I think alts will recover.
It may be not a very a good time to start new projects now but it's not a cause for panic.
