imagine we all worked together to give away one million coins.

How would that affect the price of Auroracoin?

I don't know but I'm willing to help out with this.

I've created this on my site, http://harounkola.com/free-auroracoin/

You know how to contact me to take it further.
Let's make this happen.

I've just started trading with them but since the market's consolidating at present there's not much opportunity to enter into a trade. I can't remember where they get their prices from, I did read it in an article recently, just can't remember the name. The prices are similar to Mt Gox's though.

Ooh.
Thanks for this. I'm leverage trading BTC on BitFinex and simply create buy and sell orders. My BTC amount stays constant, I just add more USD with each successful trade. This will help me trade better.

Re: Anyone use btcrobot.com?
by
harounkola

I used BTCRobot and I am an affiliate of theirs. I'm not a customer anymore as I've found that its more profitable for me to leverage trade on BitFinex.com than to make use of the platinum license.

Its not a scam and I can vouch for it (on that aspect) from my experiences. For accepting payments, they use the services of Clickbetter, a Clickbank clone so you're assured of your money back if you make a refund request.

In essence, as I could tell it uses the price difference between the exchanges to decide if it should buy or sell and makes a few small trade when it claims to find opportunities. I bought in a time when the market was a bit flat, not much volatility and hence not much trading activity from the bot.

When it did trade, it was counter-intuitive. Selling when the price dropped and buying when it went high again.
All the while though this, they kept in touch with us customers assuring us that this bot is a long term thing and in the long run it would turn out well but it simply wasn't working the way I wanted an automated trading bot to do so.

As others have mentioned on this thread, there are some open source bots and I'm going to start there, do some research and find a system to trade that we can discuss and collaborate on, make available to the community freely and sponsor upgrades through donations, because it works to grow your BTC (XBT?) wallet Smiley

Anyone interested please PM me!

Re: My BitCoin Robot Adventure

The robot claims that I'm in a $180 "profit" at the moment, but its calculating the total value of my BTC in USD and the profit from trades. At the end of 2 months, when its time to withdraw is crunch time and I'll know for sure. Either get a refund or continue autotrading...

But you can with BTC-e. And I'm in South Africa not the US, and Kipoche's M-pesa wallet is attractive for me to get the money out. Apparently BTCe also have withdrawals to PayPal, but I'll let you know about that when I try it...

My BitCoin Robot Adventure
by
harounkola
on 24/08/2013, 07:55:32 UTC
Being an affiliate marketer, when one of my affiliate partners announces their BitCoin Robot Affiliate program, http://harounkola.com/btc-robot-affiliate/, I jumped at the chance. Yesterday I took the plunge and I also became a customer having bought the platinum license.

Co-incidently I also made my first affiliate sales. My plan is to invest these affiliate commissions into the trading of BTCUSD.

According to my understanding this robot works on the arbitrage between btc-e and Mtgox, though I haven't read through all of the associated eBooks (I'm at a #Hackathon in #JoziHub today)

I'll post more on this thread (in upcoming updates) what my experiences are and I'll share of the online resources I've created to promote this product and my experiences being a customer and my trading progress.

Thanks and Blessings
Haroun

Hi everyone

I'm new to this forum, and to BitCoin, and as its exploded everywhere online and on MSM, everyone, including me is getting online.
I've started mining in a pool on BTC50, and visiting those irritating sites that give free BitCoins. My BTC address is: 16D9xuk2d2JhiNeyzHomYn8HQ1BXgXoK72 and I'm excited about being involved in this currency...
