Re: ICO created under ETH Smart Contract

Hi, just want to know because im not much familiar about crowdfunding in ICO. My question is : If you purchased any ICO tokens created under ETH Smart COntract does your 100% of your ETH will be automatically refunded just incase the crowdfunding never met the hard cap or soft cap of a said ICO? thank you in advance for the one will answer.

No, ETH smart contract is only for investment when you send ETH to this smart contract address and receive tokens immediately. Normally, This smart contract is not for refund from ICO, it will be refund manually by ICO's team when they want. Or you have to follow refund instruction that you have to put some code to get refund from smart contract.

If you have enough money to buy 1btc, its worth to buy it. Unless it don't gain much profit in btc. You can buy ETH, BCH and LTC instead. Top 20 cryptocurrencies in market now are worth to buy, it will quickly cash out profit when market green. If you have small money, try to find a GEM, even in top 20 like $TRX $ADA $XLM $NEO.

Re: Binance cheating in trading?
by

on 06/07/2018, 14:10:59 UTC
Yesterday at night I made the bid purchase offers on Binance. When I woke up this morning, I claimed that my offer had not been made.

Is Binance cheating?

As you can see, my offer is set at 237 satoshi

The chart shows that the coin fell on 236 satoshi.
Why has my offer not been completed?

In my opinion, when you put order on 237 satoshi as you are on queue of buying order at 237 satoshi. But just one second, when someone mistake sell at 236 satoshi then it will back to normal price. Your buying order will be in a queue but not fill yet because no one sell at 237 satoshi.

All coin that listed on Binance from few months ago, are coming with big circulating supply and total supply. You can see 1st $BCN, shit coin reach $0.3 when listed on Binance and after the pump, now its only xx sts. Even $DENT come with real app, real product working but i doubt it can reach $0.2 - $0.5. Just stay away from it, it already pump on Binance now. It will down in next few days.

by

on 05/07/2018, 02:20:05 UTC
I hold few coins on Kucoin as Kucoin is main listed exchange. My choice is $ONION and $TMT, u can take a look at $TKY, too. Im not sure it already listed on Binance or not but it has a chance. Now im focus on $ONION, its lowest price now but coming with real good privacy coins, good developing team. It will list on big exchanges soon.

Re: Themes where you can earn merit
by
harryvnn
on 04/07/2018, 14:38:11 UTC
I came across topics on the forum, where TS offered to perform some task and get merit for it. Unfortunately, I haven't kept urls to these topics and now I cannot find them.

Have you ever come across such topics? Please, share links...

Go to your Profile and Show Post, all your post will be found there. Then apply for Merit evaluation service, however, i haven't seen any topics for few weeks that open for all member. At the moment, you can find topic " 1 Merit to become Member from Jr. Member" here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4461881
But you need 9 Merit before apply in this topic.

Re: How can the global crisis affect crypto?
by
harryvnn
on 04/07/2018, 07:56:34 UTC
If economic crisis happen around the world, i think all kind of market not only crypto market will go down. Because money is not valuable day by day, people will try to keep more stable valuable item like gold or usd (in developing countries, usd is most stable valuable comparing to its own country money) Because all cryprocurrencies are not stable so it will be down to die. Only real products, real work of cryprocurrencies survive

Re: cryptocurrencies vs world cup
by
harryvnn
on 04/07/2018, 07:50:43 UTC
IMO, world cup hasn't effect cryptocurrencies. But in other way, many betting site allow cryptocurrencies for betting so it may pump cryptocurrencies market. Big betting site require kyc for online betting so its hard to place a bet without verify account. Small betting site allow cryptocurrencies that doesn't require verifying account, so it may pump crypto market.

Re: How can we protect ourselves from scam?
by
harryvnn
on 03/07/2018, 15:41:16 UTC
its scam when its on ICO's part. So if you want to protect yourself from scam, stay away from ICO. When an ICO get listed on exchanges, it mean the project is real work, real product and real team. You can buy it on small exchanges before it listed on big exchanges and it can not be scam when listed

No one can answer your question. Therefore, all exchanges warn you that Cryptocurrency investment is subject to high market risk. Please make your investments cautiously. It will make best efforts to choose high quality coins, but will not be responsible for your investment losses. So invest what you willing to lose.

Re: Informing Bitcointalk Signature Campaigns (Detailed Description)
by
harryvnn
on 30/06/2018, 16:29:19 UTC
I know a strategy that Hero/Legendary did in signature campaign, they wait until last 2-3 weeks in the end of bounty campaign and join. Because of highest ranking member, their stakes for signature equal 5 - 10 times of others so that mean 5 - 10 weeks stakes of Jr. Member equal to only a week of Hero/Legendary Member. That help them participating in a lot of bounty and earn much money.

Re: How to use Metamask in Mobile Phones.
by
harryvnn
on 30/06/2018, 10:50:30 UTC
At the moment, metamask is not available for mobile device. You can only use it on computer. For mobile devices, i prefer MEW for desktop version. Its same as on computer and all function work well but just small screen. Other option, you can use 3rd party wallet like Enjin, blockchain.... But recommendation, I prefer MEW access through browser in mobile devices

Re: Are they really going to offer $1M Free Token?
by
harryvnn
on 28/06/2018, 11:47:58 UTC
I have found that OpenGift team is offering 5 (m) GIFT tokens worth $1(m) to their community of software developers and entrepreneurs. I am bit confuse. Why does they need a blockchain and a token ? I research about them I found their ICO was launched back in Feb 2018? Why they are offering free token again? Should I try them? Is it a good option?

Source: https://medium.com/@opengift/1-m-in-opengift-gift-tokens-on-offer-for-the-software-developer-community-64e7870da

If you go to Bounties section, you will see a lot of bounties that give more than $1M free tokens. So i think its normal for marketing canpaign that always cost much on plan. But you 1st need to check this ICO is legal or not. Even real project or scam project that also can give much money for marketing campaign, so be carefull.

Re: How to identify SCAMS?
by
harryvnn
on 27/06/2018, 10:37:35 UTC
It isn't easy to identify ICO SCAM, so the best way to avoid scam is not dealing with it. Don't invest in ICO, just wait for it listed on small exchanges 1st then you can buy for real tokens/real project. No one can guanrantee for you that ICO isn't scam. Just stay away from it so you can not get SCAM by it.
