Re: [ANN] TagCoin - Multi Token Wallet and Trading Platform
by
hashcash

Working on updating info at coinmarketcap and coingecko, to update info with TAG ethereum token. Tagcoin.org already redirects to tagbond.com, so do most of the links.

Tagbond.com is running main net and rinkeby networks, and investigating setup of Layer 2 network to run NFTs and ERC20 tokens, with TAG being the currency to perform actions within that chain. At some point, will add TAG to swap contracts enabling better liquidity.

Eventually, will get TAG onto Binance.com but takes time.

Offer still stands to exchange old TAG for new TAG on ethereum, which can be used to create NFTs or pay for other token creation services inside Tagbond.com

On Tagcash, working on release of updated app built on Flutter, which also has feature to create your own mini apps. One of those mini apps in production is a non custodial mini app for Ethereum/Tokens, Bitcoin and Stellar/Assets. TAG is used inside the app, to pay for mini app template rentals, or as rewards, or for whatever people want.

How do we swap TAG on stellar for Tag on Ethereum?

Good news for Viacoin! Trezor, new devs, MAST, bech 32... and more!! haha
We are proud, thank you team!

i see Viacoin this year at least in the top50 on cmc if everything is complied with things which is on the new roadmap 2018

This is too much. Incredible how many things you're mentioning on the road map. As the last road map was pretty crazy ambitious but completed pretty fast, I have a lot of faith in this one. Top 50 this year would be super! At least top 100 before the summer would be nice Smiley

WOOOW Shocked Can't wait for this to echo throughout the world!!! Great job Via Team.  Let the shilling begin!!!

Hello I am new, I asked on old thread thought I'd ask here also,  is there wallets for Tagcoin, I couldn't find for iOS only tagcash but didn't work , I'm not sure about it

If you want wallet for old Tagcoin go to http://tagcoin.org and they have the old iOS client. Takes forever to load tho Cheesy

Thanks hash , can you or anybody tell me, is Tagcoin going to be obsolete or will it still be a viable currency thereabouts.

Tagcoin will no longer be used as they are being burned for the new upcoming Tagcash Token. They are currently conducting an ICO exclusively to the Philippines to my understanding.  Make sure you follow these steps if you haven't already:

1. Burn your tagcoin by sending to TRCryptoLifeDotNetBurnAddrXXX6gvik

2. Send the transaction ID of the burned coins, to burn@tagcash.com along with your Tagcash ID/email in the Tagcash Wallet

3. Untill December 2017, we will swap 3 new TAG for 1 old tagcoin
4. From Jan 1 Jan 31, we will swap 2 new TAG for 1 old tagcoin
5. During ICO public sale, February and March, we will swap 1 for 1

At the end of the ICO, we will not be doing any more exchanges.

@santiagomaicon - Tagcash is a permissioned blockchain using Multichain, so it may not to be everyones liking. You can check out tech specs of Multichain on multichain.com. Consensus is set at 75% of any added mining nodes, currently we maintain all nodes, but expect to add banks and other reputable companies as we grow. As for setup, we will be one of the few companies regulated under the central bank and again, one of few companies running a regulated Fiat currency on a blockchain.

@ruleben - the team info is on the whitepaper and on the website, I didn't want to replicate the entire whitepaper on this forum.

@roncar - The presale continues into January - Within the Tagcash Wallet Android application, Pesos can be deposited via 7-Eleven and most Banks (OTC or online) in Philippines, and Bitcoin deposited, converted at coinmarketcap rates into Pesos. Then using the TAG trader module, TAG can be purchased. We are working on the crowdfunding module on beta.tagash.com and you will be able to buy directly using ETH, BTC and Pesos. With the exchange, BTC can be bought and sold at whatever people are selling or buying for...trade fees will be 0.1 % on the buy or sell side, so it won't be quite the same as other companies in PH

@hashcash - I think i just processed your request at 3 to 1..Wink

If you want to buy privately you can also contact me directly. If in China, I will put you onto the Chinese team members handling private placements there.

Yes!!! My Tagcash Tokens have been received with the 3:1 bonus. Thanks

@roncar - the team is as it has been for the last few years - our office in Philippines, which is about 20 staff, and my office in India, about 12 developers, and have added another 5 freelancer developers for certain sections of the wallet (eg: HD wallets is quite specialized)...adding more to get the services modules done. There is a lot done, but a lot more to do.

@mPUTZ - 100 Million TAG was issued, some allocated for Burn and Add of the old TagCoin currency, 20% kept by Tagcash and the remainder is being sold by private placement in China mostly, although some sold in Philippines as well. The public sale won't be till Feb/March - Those details and more are on the website and the whitepaper..

I've sent my old tagcoins to the burn address and provided my user id and transaction number. When will you be depositing the new Tagcash Tokens at the 3:1 ratio?

There seems to be a problem with the new release v0.12.2.2 for OSX. It's giving me this error message “Dash-Core” can’t be opened because the original item can’t be found. Any fixes?
Do you have it locked on your dock and trying to run it from there? If so, try removing it from the dock and running the actual app from the Applications folder.

It's strange because when I try to open the file it doesn't even open up the dmg file so I can move it to my applications  Huh I'll update my computer and see if that helps

Just needed to update my computer. Sorry about that  Grin

Dear Community,

as we are developing and testing DAPP in these days, we are adding some real-time photos, of how it looks like:

https://prnt.sc/hed3gq
https://prnt.sc/hed3xc
https://prnt.sc/hed4ac
https://prnt.sc/hed4pa

Hope you like it.

We wanted to share with you a short explanation what is DAPP, to clarify for those who are newbies in the community.

DAPP is an abbreviated form for decentralized application.

A DAPP has its back end code running on a decentralized peer-to-peer network. Contrast this with an app where the back end code is running on centralized servers. A DAPP can have front end code and user interfaces written in any language (just like an app) that can make calls to its back end. Furthermore, its front end can be hosted on decentralized storage such as Swarm or IPFS.
If an app=frontend+server
since Ethereum contracts are code that runs on the global Ethereum decentralized peer-to-peer network, then:
DAPP = frontend + contracts

Making an Ethereum-backed web application gives you several things for free:

Payment processing: No need to integrate with Stripe or PayPal to accept funds from users. All users can send/receive Ether as a common payment means.

User Credentials:
Users don't need to sign up; they already have an account, which is a public/private key to bind with their user session and metadata.

Database:
Storing a lot of data in the blockchain is expensive, so likely the blockchain isn't going to be the only database for the application, but mission-critical pieces of data can be stored forever on the blockchain.

Logging:
Etherum contracts can create their own logs, which a DApp can query to know what's happened in the past, rather than needing to create separate logs.

Trust:
Your users can trust your code, since not only is the front-end (Javascript) code visible (via browser inspection tools), but the back-end logic (contract code) can be inspected too, so it can be independently verified that your code doesn't have backdoors in it to steal all their funds.
If you're planning on using any of these in your application, either initially or long-term, building as Ethereum-backed (a DApp) gives it a nice head-start.

The tried adjustment of the market by certain personOrutes has led to numerousOrmost/all potential CRW traders moving on, hence the massive price drop. The only investors left are the ones accountable who're now needing to purchaseOrmarket their own orders in order to keep CRW from becoming delisted because of lack of exercise.if Crowncoin devs put half just as much work into marketing the gold coin rather than trying to manage the trade price - CRW would prosper.

You are recommending our long term strategy should be ONLY buy and sell Air?

Sorry, but our priorities are:

1. Focusing strong on the development of our Atomic key registration platform
2. Participating personally on Crypto conferences worldwide / growing our ambassador base
3. Bringing in partners who are beginning to build their businesses on Crown - big announcement in Spain coming in days
4. Marketing our development efforts in order to grow our community - a professional marketing company is helping us starting early next week.

Glad to see these priorities being focused on at this stage! Can't wait for the big Spain Announcement. Thanks Crown team Grin

Yeah just saw a venture capitalist show up and scoop up 10,000 in one go. Plebs are selling too low easy money lol.

I bought in at around the $3.47 mark and PPT went from $3.47 to hovering around $9.00/$9.40 in about a week's time. The weird thing is that the total volume has only been around $1.4 mil consistently during this pump lol PPt's price has to be heavily manipulated by group/whale. Be careful out there kiddos  Roll Eyes

90% of mine is from the 2.xx price. Could be some just know how great populous is more than others. But 3.xx is not bad either. If you think that populous as a company will be worth $9, have fun.

Thanks! I'll definitely keep a nice stash of this around Grin

*Can someone help me with this?*

I'm using a mac and I have 2 unique wallets. Tante helped me with restoring one of my wallets but I'm having issues with the other.  I replaced the wallet.dat file and for some reason it's not showing my correct balance. It displays all my transactions made up until April 10th but then cuts off there. I made a deposit the following day(April 11th) and its not coming up on my wallet. I checked the dash address and my balance is still there but for some reason its not showing on my dash wallet. I've already done the rescan, zapwallet, and reindex. any suggestions?

**Help Noob Please!!!**

So after receiving much needed assistance from TanteStefana2(Thanks!) on pulling up my wallet, I'm not seeing all my dash show up. I've checked my balance on the blockchain and it's all there but still not seeing the full balance.  I'm using Mac.  Anyone have this issue? Any solutions?

*Help Help Please*

So I had to wipe my computer(MAC) completely due to an internal issue.  I backed my wallet.dat file up to a hard drive.  Can someone please help a noob of all noobs with getting my wallet migrated onto the newly downloaded wallet.  I looked at a couple vids but I haven't found one that can help me.

Thanks Smiley

Sure, first, start the wallet and let it sync up. This way you won't freak out when you see a zero balance (It has to load the blockchain before it can determine your balances Smiley )

Next, exit your wallet

Then, go to this directory: ~/Library/Application Support/Dash/  (it might be dash, I don't own a mac) and replace your saved wallet.dat file with the wallet.dat files you find in there.  BTW, if you gave it a different name when you saved it (often a good idea so it isn't lost in the confusion) rename it to wallet.dat when you're ready to use it.  Always keep a copy (or two or three) of your wallet.dat file for safe keeping Smiley )

Then start the wallet back up

Forgive me, I am a bit of a mommy dearest Tongue

Thanks So Much!!! And no worries I need the mommy dearest treatment  Cheesy I'll try this now and let you know how it goes
