Re: [ANN][POW] Scala | Smart ⭐, Mobile 📱, Distributed 🌐 and Anonymous 🕵️

After a period of illness away, I have come back and I still have an old Stellite wallet with a lot of coins in.

Is there some easy way to convert these now to Scala ? What is the procedure?

I mined quite a lot (around 70,000), most of which I had sold on dex.subi.io  ... stupid me left my BTC on the exchange  Angry Angry

Wallet currently says "staking active"

The old Lemanum wallet displayed staking weights and approx time to receive stake. Is there any way of displaying this info in the new ULEAD wallet ?

btw, interested to know WHAT can cause these forks? I would have thought that the core app, would be designed to stop (or at least trap) this kind of blockchain behaviour

Only speaking as someone that has a very low hash rate... maybe it did affect others quite badly

1pool were paying very regularly, so I guess nearly all the unpaid funds would have been mined on the incorrect fork, so in theory they did not owe very much to miners that had funds mined on the correct fork ??

PEERDAX is safe... no scam  Smiley

vDinar is one of the best new coins to come to market in the last months !! Smiley

Pool or solo mining is so profitable right now (even for CPU only mining), so jump in and grab some vDinar for yourselves  Grin

A huge hash-rate mined a lot of blocks very quickly, and then left, leaving the difficulty extremely high

Although the global hashrate shown by the pools has not budged for some days... so something else is possibly happening too

Current riddle is worth 250,000 points!! This will be worth around $2500 at ICO time (in the next couple of months)

If you are going to sign up (which I recommend) to this fun project, you might as well sign up through a referral Wink

You should make a proper ANN announce thread here in this forum, giving more specific details for your coin. Take a look at other ANN threads to see what is expected. Then you might just gain some attention from the forum members here.

As it happens, I have downloaded the wallet from your webpage this afternoon, and can confirm that solo mining on CPU within the wallet console is working fine (I don't know what the algo is so can't set up a GPU rig on this) , and I have mined 14 blocks in the past 3 hours.

Let's hope CPU's can last a while longer in this game Smiley

Maybe there is some hashing algo that could be developed, that even GPU's would have a problem with Wink

There are CPU only coins like MAGI but I believe ASIC resistant but GPU and CPU mineable coins are the best because they provide the optimal ratio of network strength and power distribution.
CPU is fair for everybody

In what sense fair? GPUs are very common. And with CPU only you can argue the same thing, not everyone has the same CPU and they vary in power.

I would say fair in that many many more people worldwide have CPU's in mobile devices (phones, tablets, laptops etc..) than have GPU's

This thread is the first I've ever heard of Moentum to be honest.

You are operating in a heavily diluted field, where the high flying ICO's seem to be pushed in your face at every twist and turn.
