Market conditions are not good for presenting good projects. If you check the IEOs you will see that they also already slowed down. As an investor, it would be better if focus on already existing and strong projects like BNB and ETH. They already proved themselves. If you want to get more risk and looking for more gain (also with the knowledge of loss) people may focus on the projects like Link and Atom etc.

Market become selective when crypto entered bear market at end of first quarter 2018. Many people started lose their money and become more selective before investment. Also scam projects damaged people so much. As a result of these and more effects market condition changed so much from 2019 to 2019. Nowadays alt coins bleeding mostly everyday. BTC not give them permission to grow. Just strong projects like ETH and BNB try to hold their positions.
If market go green again and start a mini bull, these strong projects will lead.

Most of the people look TRX (TRON) as a scam project because of Justin. No one can deny that Justin is a kind of show boy who shilling his products without any base. He is founder of the term “announcement of announcement”

We also see BTT and Wink. They also seem as scam projects from community. So much people lost so much money because of Justin shillings.

In these conditions I do not see any future at Trx and other Tron products.

So much people lost their money in these kinds of exchanges. They manipulate their prices and let people deposit some fun. People send small mount of coin and make their first try. When it is successful people send more coin for buying something cheaper than market price. And they never can withdraw their fund again. Sen e-mails to customer support and no response.
Never fall this trap. These exchanges are scammers. Always trade at safe exchanges. Binanca, Bitfinex, Bittrex, Coinbase etc. Kraken also alternative.
Also be careful about Okex and Huboi as they are using wash trades and show fake volume.

As the market conditions everyday, it is not right to expect a bull run like 2017 and beginning of 2018. As we see last 2-3 months, BTC does not give permission alt coins to start a bull run in any case. We may see %20 30% profits in best scenario but a real bull run which people waiting 100X not relastic before 2020.
For bull run like 2017, we need market conditions change, new investors and less scam projects needed.

ETH 1.000 USD means we will see a bull market same as 2017. Market conditions changed so much till 2017 and after long bear market we see short bull market which BTC run from 3200 to 14.000K . During this period we saw that altcoins crushed and BTC did not give permission any coin go up.
There are good news for ETH. ETH 2.0 is planning for the beginning of January 2020. With thise affect ETH price can rise for sure, but 1.000 USD levels not seem possible.

I also read about the new exchange based on ETH. McAfee was not active at crypto for a while. All crypto lovers who entered the crypto market before 2018 knows that McAfee is just a showman at crypto. At the end of December and first quarter of 2018 he tried to pump shitcoins. He was very successful at first tries. Than people understand that he is just a scammer and trying to pump shitcoins. I do not think so experienced traders trust him and use his exchange for any reason.

Wash trading is the way exchanges scam users. Last week there was report about exchanges using wash trading and create fake volume.
According to the report there were two well known exchanges, Okex and Huboi.
More than 60% of volume at Huobi and more than 90% of volume at Okex reported as fake volume.
Okex CEO claimed that they can prove at least 10% of their volume is real at twitter.
All exchanges must be regulated and must be easily reachable buy users.

Investors are afraid of the market conditions. Market conditions change everyday in a bad way. BTC does not give permission ant alt coins to go up. While BTC increasing, alt coins decreasing. While BTC decreasing, alt coins decreasing. While BTC stable alt coins decreasing. Most of the investors afraid of putting money on alt coins. If they decided to enter, they are using strict stop losses. Alt coins can not get the momentum which they need for going up.
In todays marker conditions investing on Top ranked projects are secure. And as you mentioned strong projects must be selected for investment.

Many alt coins are death and many of then running to death. How can it possible more than 650 projects not added even one single code.
Market conditions changed so much. Knowledge level of investors are traders changed so much. Alt coins with no team will go on running to their death. Scam project will be defeated at the beginning.
Strong projects as you mentioned like ETH will go on its road. Binance Coin, Link, Atom etc. kind of projects will lead the alt market. Specially BNB is the favor for taking place of ETH.

ETH is one of the strongest project at the market. It stands good against market crushes with a few coins BNB and LTC.
Market conditions changed so much after ETH hit 1.4K. There a few coins the market has hope. And one of them is ETH. With ETH 2.0 and stake functionality ETH can try to go up more and more. AT the beginning of the January 2020 we will see how ETH 2.0 will affect the prices.

Many projects already failed and many projects will fail. Scam projects and scammers damaging the crypto word so much. Without them more secure investment portal can be build at crypto.
Addition to scam projects there are also death projects. Not even one single code in a year. More than 650 projects are in this situation.
So people are right for investing just BTC. By the way never forget to invest in strong projects and teams as BNB and ETH.

Bitcoin is one of the best investment at crypto. But it is not the only option. As diversity is important at crypto investment it would be wise if add some strong coins with strong project near BTC.
TOP10 ranked coin is OK for determining strong project (except LTC as it even have no whitepaper).
What I can recommend is Binance Coin and ETH.
For sure ETH price will up as a result of ETH 2.0. At the beginning of January 2020, we may speak 400-500 USD band range about ETH.
And many people things that BNB will take place of it ETH. It does not mean that BNB is ETH killer but will catch ETH sooner or later. When compare supply of two coins, it is possible both of them may meet at the same price levels.
At the moment BNB is around 15 USD and ETH is 175 USD. There is a very big potential for BNB when we compare the prices of both coins if BNB will take place of ETH.

There is no way any coin get the place of the Bitcoin sooner or later.
BTC is the philosophy of the crypto. Crypto build on its philosophy. There some projects be against BTC philosophy but no need to get them serious.
BNB is the gas of Binance Ecosystem, growing everyday, strongly and sustainably. As binance exchange is the leader of the crypto market, it is not surprise that BNB be leader of the coins sooner or later. But not taking place of BTC.
What I am thinking is BNB will take place of ETH sooner or later.

Tron started to work hard, by the way people no believe Justin and Tron anymore. Justin tried to FOMO people many times and people lost so much because of these FOMO actions.

Crypto was in life for many years. Just some people realised crypto at 2017 “some people” have big ratio when compared all over users.

With exchanges crypto entered the life of more and more people. Students, engineers, professors etc.

Many shitcoins can die at near future if market conditions going in like that. Most of the shitcoins finding new all time highs frequently.

By the way shitcoins are not crypto world, they have little impact. Crypto survived for many years and it will go in with strong projects. Prices of projects like ETH and BNB will be at different levels when BTC give permission to the market.

Dominance of BTC rule the overall alt coin market. As expected while dominance of the BTC increase, alt coins crushing all together.

In this period some strong coins like BNB, ETH, LTC etc trying to resist, most of the shitcoins finding new all time lows to themselves.

By the way what was expecting also, when BTC dominance decrease alt seasons starts. As we see last 2-3 months it is not also valid analyse at current market conditions.

From 2017 to 2019 market changed  so much and also dynamics. What market need is new investors who believe the system.

I am not sure crypto will see a bull market which seen at 2017. At 2017 market conditions were different completely. Most of the people invested on the system which they have no idea. Many people put money with closed eyes for becoming rich in a short way.
Today, it is very easy to reach information about crypto. People can reach knowledge easy with little research. And people are more and more careful about crypto world.
Soon or Later bull market will come again. Maybe we will not see 100X as 2017 but my expectation is at least 10X at new bull market with changed conditions.
