Do you really believe this code is normal?They just do a gesture, they don't even to release a pre-compiled binary file, so the github code is definitely a problem, only the official pool can run.

- What's your VM configuration? Like Memory, processor, OS etc. Add swap space if needed
- Clean the .hashratecoin folder and rerun daemon, send us log of the daemon
- Are you able to compile code without errors
- Can you install using a user with sudo access, don't use root
- Make sure all the dependencies are installed

Initially a new coin needs a lot of infra, like block explorer, wallets (paper, web, win, mac, linux), pools, social media accounts etc before anyone takes them seriously.
Several websites need to see the coin listing on couple of exchanges even before doing any marketing for coin.
We are doing following steps right away to expedite the process:
> hiring developers (paying with coins) to take care of basic stuff (not easy task as blockchain developers are rare)
> running campaigns to raise some funds (one campaign is live, check website) -> not asking for any money, every single user gets coins
> asking community to open pools
> development team behind the coin is solid with academic background, they'll add bios once see traction in coin popularity
> documentation of concepts is also a priority
> support the coin infra and support the mining process

Coin team is actively working to add at least one more mining pool. Team is tied up with several other initiatives, it may not happen quickly.
We request community members to open your own pool for hashrate coin to spread hash. Main pool is crossing 1 MH/s @ http://us.hashratecoin.org/# with 427 blocks found so far and reward is at 914 HRCN (HashrateCoin's)

A new Cryptocoin for buying/selling/sharing Computing Power and Hashrate.
What is HashrateCoin?
HashrateCoin(HRCN) project is designed to bring computing power to masses without paying big dollars to big corporations. It will create a community asset to share, buy, sell extra computing power which can be used when needed. We will not do an ICO ever.
It's a community funded project and community will fund it. The technology behind this coin is CryptoNote which created this decentralized privacy-oriented digital currency. CryptoNote currencies are anonymous, and verifies transactions using a traceable ring signature which provides double spending protection. CryptoNotes proof-of-work mechanism (Egalitarian proof of work) is actually a voting system where users vote for the right order of transactions, new features in the protocol and honest money supply distribution. The difficulty and the maximum block size are automatically adjusted with each new block.
