Social Media Bounty Contest LIVE
Topl launched Airdrop earlier this month now the first bounty is ready.
It will run from today until 25 July 2018.
This bounty isnt quite like other bounties. So well essentially be running contests. Youll have to learn a little more about Topl in order to participate and certainly in order to win.

There are three different places wed like you to post: Twitter, Instagram, and Reddit.
It will be selectet 3 winners a day from each platform 9 winners a day, total. Their posts will be featured by Topl the next day. Not to mention the fact that theyll earn hundreds of dollars in Arbits!!

Write a tweet describing Topl in 5 hashtags or fewer. Be sure to write a tweet; dont send a direct message. And tag in it (@topl_protocol).

Instagram $500
In 2015, the United Nations laid out 17 high level goals relating to human, economic, and social development to be achieved over the next 15 years Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
The influence of these SDGs, in combination with Topl's principles, is the reason they've focused on impact (or conscious) investment.
So, on Instagram create a post related to one of the goals pictured above. Tag Topl (@topl_blockchain) in the picture and mention us in the comments. Be sure to tell which SDG youre depicting!
Three posts will be selected at the end of everyday as winners. Topl will repost the posts the next day and the winners will each earn $500 in Arbits.

Post a tl;dr text post about Topl, using information from our executive summary (https://topl.co/onepage) and/or our whitepaper (https://topl.co/whitepaper).

They do not know anything about coins yet, so they are wrongfully buying or scam their purchased coins. so you really need to ask questions first. As I remember China has banned cryptocurrency, am I wrong?
I've been searching for ICOs for a few days and there seems to be many cases of scams and hacks which kinda scares me. Obviously, there is no 100% certainty which is going to be a successful one but is there any way to identify which ones are at least going in the right direction? I looked at Mossland, Neocoin Whitepaper and they seem ok. Or should I just buy BTC or ETH? Suggestions and ideas would be very helpful!
When the market were red that was a best time to buy BTC and ETH, still a good time now but it will be finished soon with a rising prices.
And to tell u the truth it's always a risk when investing in ICO, even witht the most trustworthy one.
your strategy is only good in a coin that you know is going to rise in long term not a pump and dump coin like Verge. you do this strategy with bitcoin for example.
Bitcoin costs hell lot and the Verge is pretty accessible, I don't think lot of people can allow themselves buying a Bitcoin.

It's always the problem to new coins to win the trust of the community and it's rather hard to lure foreign miners (like XMR miners) but no one can tell definitely if it possible to happen or not.
There is no such thing, USD is virtual and everyone uses it. Why would the US care about Crypto? It's totally irrelevant.

It would be weird that US Gov would create a coin because,1) they are against cryptos and launching a crypto currency is in conflict with the policy of supporting fiat, and, 2) this coin won't be poplar cause no one would agree to support the gov, the institute that always try to control everything

Every coin can get on OP. Just need a summary, witch is not more then 600 characters and only image who will be added is logo.
The summary of a specific coin should have information about the dev team, what projects they are working on, what they already have, etc..
When you post it, add this on top so it will be easier for me to find:
"This is a summary of (The Coin), witch can be added to the OP"

i think every developer team is about to ask to add their coins to the ANN as it's a good way to promote you coin if you are sure it will succeed. In other cases the coins which are out of the list don't worth the attention because devs aren't interested to cooperate with other projects and this is bad signal for the community

I have Windows 7 64bit and using 64bit Minergate. CPU is i5 Quad-Core with 8GB ram. Did some more testing and it happens on merge-mining or without.
Tried XMR, INF8, XDN etc. and now it seems it's using 3 cores (75% in Task manager), dunno maybe it's something with my setup, but like I said, it's not much hassle since its easy to fix.
How much do you mine with your config ? I have iCore 7 with 8gb ram and looks like it also doesn't use all cores

Hello everyone
I did watch and test serveral cloud mining possibilites over the last months. Last friday I decided to go with genesis-mining and bought my first contract and did send the money by bank wire transfer. Today, it already went online. This was faster than expectet. I am very excited and will post updates from time to time.

That's great, seems really quick as I think the weekend don't count as banking days...Or perhaps things have changed a lot now.
That's impossible - the weekend still don't count as banking days that's why a lot of scams fall on Friday. The bankers just could't quickly respond to the ponzi scheme. So, it might went online today and depends on the time zone ( just remember that in China it's already 7:37 pm )

Indeed, it's would be good intro to GM and may attract more people interested in mining coins without joining this unprofitable race for better gpu miner. Even cpu mining is not always profitable as the cost of electricity is high.

I'm working with three different devs and we're pushing code to branches that's being tested daily. There aren't any internal problems, fluffypony is out with rpietila and Peter Todd in Europe right now discussing the future of the chain and engineering issues regarding it.
There are many big things that will be rolled out in the coming months, so stay tuned.
