I think if the match is not completed then a sports book could void the bet because the match is not completed as we are wagging a bet for the full match and not getting to the next round by default because the opponent is injured and so i think it is a fair decision by cloudbet.

If the price worsens, you will be asked to confirm. If the price gets better, you will get the better price.

2) Unfortunately, on some markets - usually in live - our limits are at higher. This is because of the cost of servicing some markets, in particular in live. We are hoping to reduce these minimums over time.

Cancelling a winning bet is definitely their fault, they called it was incorrect score because you won that, if you lost the bet, they would never refund the money you lose.
