I think the second TX will never get confirmed until the first one confirmed (it's parent i think)<< I'm new to BTC

and is it not possible to send a transaction with blockchain.info wallet until the first one confirmed ??
I can't send two transaction at the same day if the first one didn't confirmed ?


note: I tried to rebroadcast it  with https://live.blockcypher.com/bcy/pushtx/
but it shows this error.... Error sending transaction: insufficient priority and fee for relay.

Is that mean it not in the network?? "by the way the two transaction appears in blockchain.info but only the second tx appear in blockcypher.com "

also I tried https://www.antpool.com/user/prioritiseTransaction.htm with no luck. i tried it few time different days.

can you help me please to accelerate those TXs. thanks in advanced
