The news that are all over the internet just spread fud! They didn't ban all crypto related ads, just the ones that are a high risk for people of getting scammed.

Re: Difference between Bitcoin and real money?
by
hazznel
on 14/03/2018, 19:02:45 UTC
If we consider the issue on its merits, the things so that almost all that I get out of cash, it is real money. I can spend it in any place and at any time of the day. But if you take for example bitcoin, there where I dwell, for bitcoin practically nobody has heard, not to mention the fact that the stores took them as payment.

Actually, what are you waiting for? in fact, HF will soon occur against NXT, and many of the people who have NXT want to get the coin ignis.
it's better to not hesitate with what you think, because hesitations will only make you regret.

Re: Do you think Bitcoin will survive after 100 year ?
by

As long as there are still people supporting or using bitcoin it will survive through next generations because the way I see the future where everything is fully digital world it is not impossible that even when it comes to money we will be using digital money, maybe there is other than bitcoin but bitcoin will always be there.

There are quite a few differences between bitcoin and fiat but some of them are: the possibility of sending any amount of money for a very small fee all over the world, this is a great advantage over fiat, the pseudonymous nature of bitcoin offers privacy from the eyes of banks and governments, bitcoin can be used to carry great amounts of money on you without anyone knowing about it including banks and governments, the same cannot be said about credit cards and having a lot of fiat or gold with you is suspicious for some authorities.

And this is how your passports get on the dark web.

https://thenextweb.com/hardfork/2018/02/07/sentinel-chain-ico-leak-passport/

On one hand, they are obliged by law to collect those information, on the other hand, they didn't care much about security.
We need to stop this. KYC is ruining the whole crypto idea.

Re: What if, we advertise bitcoin on T.V.?
by

on 10/03/2018, 22:02:59 UTC
Televisions are hand in hand with politicians and big corporations, TV is a thing for the past.
On the Video Stream media channels such as YouTube, DailyMotion and others, the influencers are actually doing a great job advertising crypto.
We should all thank them.

Re: Saving for your Children Bitcoin vs Cash?

Like every parents want to leave something for children for their future.

Which investment is safe?

Bitcoin?
Stocks?
Real Estate?

As far as I am concerned, Real Estate is the best risk-profit investment you can make at the moment.
Bicoin is the best for profits.

If we learn from our mistakes, what words of caution would you like to share.

After the market goes up like mad, wait 2-3 months before you buy, not after the first dip, because that's not going to be the only dip...

There have been some predictions for Ethereum to be worth $5000 by the end of the year.
And Bitcoin would be $27.000. But only time will tell.

I hold 3 coins espers-(3 years),insane-(2 years),html - (5 years) Shocked and price is the same....no moon ....I dont trust to holding anymore,any suggestions?

Do you see what coins you are holding? Coins that didn't make any progress whatsoever.
Try too pick some good projects, with a long term perspective, then, you will see progress.

Why is the bitcoin market crashing?
When will the cryptocurrency market bounce back?

It will go down until it will find support again. Usually it takes time, specially after a bull run such as the one from January.
Don't expect the prices to go up anytime soon. We will have to wait a while.

Re: Goodbye Bitcoin Hello Blockchain
by
hazznel
on 07/03/2018, 11:07:52 UTC
I believe that we are witnessing the setting down of the bitcoin sun, and similar to the sun on the north pole, which does not really sets down in the summer, so that is the Bitcoin sun.

The bitcoin was a great locomotive to the crypto industry, but it's time for it to step aside and let the technology take the lead.

The blockchain is the underlying technology of bitcoin and is the reason for the vast mainstream interest in this part of tech.
The mainstream has a lot of biased feelings toward Bitcoin, and god knows, there are definitely good reasons for that. But, unless the mainstream will be able to feel comfortable with using the tech, there will be no mass adoption and this beautiful technology will go to waste in the hands of speculative traders and scammers.

My personal opinion, don't shout  Roll Eyes

Bitcoin is a simbol that will never die. I strongly believe it's going to actually be here forever, either if it's going to get a full adoption or not.
Bitcoin represents the beginning of a new technology of a new era, and above all, of a new world.

Old people are more and more likely to skip the technology advancements as they tend to enjoy their routine.
Young people are more open to change.

Re: How to identify scam ICOs
by
hazznel
on 07/03/2018, 11:05:34 UTC
Usually, a simple google search regarding the ICO, will help you find out if it's scam or not. Just google "[ICO NAME] scam" and there will be either no result or you will find out the ICO is actually scam.

by

this is a precious experience for you right here.
next time don't bag hold altcoins taht are in a bubble and will get dumped hard as soon as the whales find an opportunity to exit. try and look for coins that have been getting pumped and invest in those instead of mindlessly holding on tight to certain "names" that are big.

The whales are getting into pretty much any coins that's out there. It's impossible to know which coins are going to skip having whales jump on.
Diversification of the portofolio is the solution. And right now it's natural for the market to go down.

Re: Way back 2016.

Im still newbie here and Im curious if some reliable sources predict way back 2016 that bitcoin and eth will increase 800% before the end of year 2017?
If yes what's hes/her prediction before the end of 2018?

By the way things are looking right now, as long as you didn't buy when the market cap was 800-900 billions USD you should be able to make good profit.
But, Ethereum right now is way up, maybe you should invest in some altcoins with potential.

I think that I will earn more money and get involved in charity, if I feel good, then why not help people who are just starting their work in bitcoin. We can also help orphanages or people with small incomes, people in large families the same way.

Charity will make you feel better about yourself and, on the other hand it's going to help some poor people on the other side of the world.
So, it's a win win situation. Money can't buy everything.
