Hey guys….just wanted to follow-up on Stratum V2 - is that being developed for any other reason than asicboost or auto-tuning? Braiins OS? What does that pipeline timeline look like?

I noticed that in the intro thread there were plains to implement Stratum V2 - are we specifically referring to any other benefit other than auto tuning the units? I’ve seen what these can do to Antminer S9’s and it is remarkable. Is that an implementation that is in the works? @jstefanop

Even still, these units are remarkable. I see that I’m lucky though as I purchased my first four on eBay (paid a markup sadly but I very much wanted them. Thankfully, most recently I bought direct and just today I got shipment notification for my additional units! Very excited. I plan to continue to add more for their ease of use (I’m very much a mining newbie compared to many of you)! They are just so darn quiet, comparatively.

That is actually very helpful thank you. I download the package - use native package installer. On Status it says "error: wrong architecture 'i386' -- Run dpkg --add-architecture to add it and update afterwards"

I get various "add architecture issues no matter what build type I try to download. I have searched online for help videos and articles with minimal success. Furthest I have gotten in command prompt to try to add these is my access is denied. Is there some way to run script as an admin and add the architecture? Hopefully this makes sense....

Hello, I am quite new to Linux and I am sure that this has already been discussed, but how are most people here setting up remote monitoring? i.e. all I wish to do when I am not home is check in on the system make sure things are looking alright. I can login on my wifi through the IP just fine, however, I have not done much remoting in....no experience on LInux for sure!

I have tried TeamViewer for Ubuntu and it says add architecture....well I don't have any experience in.

I also see Remmina is already installed on Ubuntu, but I want to remotely login from a Windows PC, so I just need some direction. Any assistance would be most appreciated from a more well-versed individual on this thread - which I know are most if not all!!!

I cannot for the life of me understand or get my GekkoScience Pod Miner - R606's - to work. Like at all.
