The crux of the issue appears to be why they were deleted; a question which seems to be getting deflected instead of appropriately addressed.

You  did notice that the post was about a block, found by the pool, being confirmed and celebrated.

So on topic, not spam, and not breaking the posting rules.

If it was mistake, then it would be appropriate to own up to it, which would also put the issue to rest, yes?

Breaking News: bitcointalk adopts Facebook & Twitter "Hate speech" algorithms; subsequently starts deleting posts in a POOL THREAD relating to POOL FINDING BLOCKS.

That is the only explanation one could possibly fathom to justify such actions.
