房价那么贵，买房要到天荒地老。互联网行业被七零八零后占据。留给我们九零后的可能只有区块链了。但目前区块链这一块还不是人人尽知但东西，现在还是有机会翻出一朵浪花的。三年前接触区块链被其强大的魅力所吸引，后来全职投入区块链投资再到后来加入区块链公司至今两年时间。有所观察，有所感悟。区块链领域已经快要过了神秘期，目前很多人跑步进来，但是机会还是有，我认为走完这一轮牛市可能会再次大跌，然后整个行业回到成熟期。成熟期之前就是泡沫期，只要泡沫还在我们就有机会。之后这个行业资金量会变得非常大，币价到波动会变得越来越小。那个时候钱不好赚，可能每个被教育到年轻人都会发币自己做个项目，就像互联网行业零几年到时候我们普通人都能自己建立一个网站并且做一些自己想做到事情，所以目前来说我会抓住这个机会来翻身，做一些自己喜欢做到事情。

和基于去中心化云存储的去中心化共享经济。

2.2 我想发的币（两个项目，如果对云存储不感兴趣可以拉到下面看低手续费PoS矿池对项目）
我想发一个基于去中心化云存储的项目。暂时叫他Super Media以下简称SM.人人参与，人人获利的超级媒体。你可以理解为去中心化的“今日头条”App。你可以在这里看视频上传视频，看新闻文章写新闻文章当然商家也可以上传广告。并且有一套合适的激励制度让更多的人参与其中。

2.3 共识机制
PoS权益证明：2019年可能是PoS元年，很多大大项目都在使用PoS,以其对参与者简单易用对方式正在吸引很多人参与其中，只要买一点币然后抵押在系统中就可以或者年华百分只五到十几到收益，另外再加上币价本身的上涨而带来双重的收益。

2.4 基于平台
Cosmos
Cosmos此项目是跨链项目。其提供了基于其平台开发的SDK类似于一键发链功能。利用其IBC协议使得此生态中的各个项目达到资产互换的目的，终将会是一个大的生态。我们的SM可以参与其中也能获得其他很多潜在的用户。当然如果你想简单的话可以基于IPFS这种去中心化云存储平台，比你自己建立整套系统要简单安全得多。

这里可以参考有个项目叫注意力币叫BAT，就是谁看广告谁能获得代币奖励，对于商家来说就不用把大把对钱给媒体了，而是谁看了我对广告内容谁能获得这笔广告费，对于用户来说传统的媒体我在观看广告的时候并没有获得什么好处，而在这里的话我可以获得代币。
2.6.6 用户不想看广告的话需要用SM coin充值一个类似于会员的东西可以过掉广告。
2.6.7 质押（staking）为了吸引人来参与以及维护系统的安全，参与者只要购买代币后抵押在系统内就可以获得百分之5到百分之10的代币奖励

我们想要一个相对自由无限制的平台，相信很多人想要翻墙去看YouTube上丰富的内容吧。
这些利用去中心化云存储都能够达到，只要你上传了内容就能存储，就能人人观看。人人收益。这里参考去中心化云存储项目IPFS的特性，只要在其搜索栏目内搜索其视频对应的一个散列值就可以直接访问其内容不受任何组织的限制。
3.2 去中心化媒体
中心化的视频媒体管制太多，平台的利益并没有拿出来和大家分享。如优酷抖音等。在我们的SM平台上人人参与治理，利益大家共享。
3.3 跨国发展市场无限
我们的优酷和和抖音等媒体受某些因素影响只能在国内发展，即使Tiktok在国外发展我们国内用户也不能观看，在SM去中心化的Dapp可以世界各地自由访问使用。

4.需要什么
4.1启动资金
这笔资金可能并不多三到五百万左右，具体要看发展规划。招募初期的技术人员，推广人员，办公场地等费用。看对此项目的要求，一百万能办事，五百万也能办事，但是结果质量会有差异。
4.2 技术人员
这个是我所需要的，我在国外学习和工作几年英文还行，区块链投资以及媒体的经历使我对很多理论和市场表熟悉，但是具体对技术开发经验我没有。所以需要技术人员。
4.3有信仰对初期团队
如果资金足够的话倒是无所依，很多人可以拿钱办事。如果资金不够的话那就需要足够的信仰支撑和我一起走下去。

5.条件满足后要做什么
5.1白皮书
首先建立网站，写好白皮书，让更多的人知道这个项目的市场潜力等。
5.2发币
如果使用成本较低的方法就去去以太坊上面发币，很简单成本很低。先把币发出去让币流动起来获得价值，推高币价，为我们之后的建设做资金支持。
5.3 建设
获得足够的资金支持后我们可以自己建造自己的链，也可以在Cosmos上Hard Spon.或者利用Plasma在以太坊上做一条子链，或者等到Polkadot出来之后在其中继链上利用Substrate做一条平行链。
5.4推广
建立项目各国的社区。其实可以先上线小交易所或者去中心化交易所成本都比较低，然后拉盘，价格的持续暴涨是直接的推广方式，各方关注。有关注和市值之后很多事就好办得多。
5.5静下心来做事
在这些前期工作完成之后，我想可以好好得去做SM平台内容，使其发展成为一个优质可持续化发展的平台。
6.资金分配
发行多少量的币之后再讨论，这里我说一下资金的各方分配。
6.1 创始团队个人留百分之十的代币。
6.2公司留百分之三十代币作为项目开发推广的费用。
6.3百分之十作为前期的空投，交易所上币费等费用。
6.4百分之五十作为项目的激励资金储用以激励参与的人员。

第二个想法

前言

基于PoW的种种弊端如浪费资源，中心化，以及参与门槛较高等问题。在2012年由Sunny King的Peercoin第一次落实了PoS这种新等共识机制,一路发展到后来的NXt,Lisk,Tezos，Cosmos，Polkadot等等项目都在不断发展和完善此共识机制，到目前为止已经相对于较成熟，未来的很多项目都会使用或是转向PoS共识，如Polkadot，Ethereum，Cardano等。PoS领域将会越来越大，那么作为PoS的矿池就有很大的机会，目前PoS矿池和受托人我认为也是有一些问题的，既然有问题那么就有机会。由于我们在参与PoS项目的时候并没有绝大部分人没有能力变为节点，所以我们就需要委托给受托人，那么目前有两个问题存在，一个是委托人不进行奖励分配，在一个就是受托人收取百分之10到百分之20的手续费。我想做的是就是打破节点垄断，承诺分配区块奖励大家给我投票进入节点名单，在一个是打破受托人高手续费的问题。

1.解决什么问题

Eos,lisk,Tron等等DPoS这些项目主节点，受托人不分配奖励的问题。

OmiseGO,Cosmos，Polkadot，Lisk等等成为主节点一般需要进入前一百名左右的高门槛。

1.3Tezos，等项目虽然降低了门槛但是手续费在10%到20%之间，需要支付高额到手续费。

举例
1.Lisk的主节点101个基本被垄断，只要自己彼此互投就可以成为主节点而获得的区块奖励并不用分配给其他人。我们可以建立一个X矿池，承诺投票给X矿池获得区块奖励百分之50以上拿出来分配给投票人。
2.像Cosmos，或者Tezos等这种你委托给受托人他们会收取百分之10到20到手续费，这种高手续费应该被结束了，X矿池只收取百分之5左右到低手续费。

发币
可以发行X币，在X矿池质押代币staking到人除了获得staking奖励外还能获得相应到X代币到奖励。
持有X代币到人按持有量多少获得x矿池收益的固定分配，但这里会涉及到法律问题，参考币安币。
x币可购买矿池内到其他未来将有的服务费用。等
