It is a good price but the activity of the account is only 252 with a low number of posts.

As long as it is senior you can join a sig deal, posts come when you make them. Doesnt matter when you join one.

There is a good chance it is being resold. There are a few who buy and sell accounts.

It may also be hacked. Insist on a signed message.

It has not been hacked and the account was acquired several (4+) months ago with no issues.

How can you assure that the previous one won't create a problem? For reference see Jazkal and Gambitv.

I have had the account for more than 4 months, no issues whatsoever.
