I do not really follow the development of LTC. if you believe you want to invest fully in LTC please. but my advice, you better invest in LTC and also ETH. 50/50. because we will not know, which will rise in price by 2018 and 2019

Recently, mostly of the prices are on a bull run, it is believe that more investor will participate in this wave for there are more and more people know about bitcoin and altcoins, thus it will rise the price as the supply is fix but the demand increase.

I think for now the good thing for you to buy is Ethereum, NEO and LITECOIN. Almost all coin now is very good for you to buy because all coin in my opinion are at low price condition to be bought. Therefore, with conditions like this will definitely benefit a time when you resell.

Firstable depends on who is the company behind working on that particular coin, and their team members, CEO, engineer etc. Another factor i look what's their plan, what product they are working on, and what is the benefit of that product etc. However, These days you just can't invest depending on the white paper.

My favourite coin and the one I cab recommend is ETHERUM as it has a great use case. Many businesses have built their platform on the etherum's network and this makes the platform a good long term investment to make as it would surely reward its investors if they choose this investment..

And the moment for longterm investment i just make invest in Ethereum and Dash by portfolio 50% and other 50% for short trading. But all this investment now on floating minus but for day trading i just loss little bit from early capital. So actually day trading with good strategy will be less risk when the market trend down like this.

If you now lost 50% , the best way to recover is wait patiently because will be any chance of market back to normal and to grow. While waiting for that learn more about new strategy and learn from the mistake, make better strategy to recover the loss and to gain profit.
