I have plenty of these... why in the world would you want them though?  Grin
Some for resale in 5-6 years, but mostly to hand-pick the best looking for personal collection.

Well, I have 24 blue U2's if you're interested...

Which mining cards do you think are the best value considering the residual value the GPU's will retain once they cease being profitable for just mining? In other words, what will an RX480 be worth 6 months from now as opposed to, say a R9 380, do you think?

Re: Bitcoin or a gold bar with the same value?

I would choose gold bar than bitcoin. Why? Coz gold is never losing its value while bitcoin is flactuating. Its valua going up and down. Gold is more valuable coz the demands are very high so it keeps its value going up and up for every passing years. Bitcoin is risky, but its good for investment and trading.

Gold is never losing its value? You haven't been paying attention much.

I'd take the Bitcoin. The ceiling is 10x or more higher.

I've always said that although crypto should be free of regulation, but financial services such as exchanges should.  It doesnt matter if you have an exchange that lets users trade stocks, bananas, crypto, hats or whatever - the fact is the entity takes money from people, and that my friends, must be properly regulated.

I'm fine with unregulated exchanges existing, I just wouldn't use one for anything more than a quick currency swap. I'd like to see regulated exchanges also.

it is possible because the hipsters who run the most exchangers do not care about security and other real important things of a business... like running a legit company. they feel like gods when they are  tinny shits. all of them pose in Buffet or Trump.

Trump is kind of a pretend Buffet in that same way... But no, I wouldn't trust any of these places with my crypto for a second longer than I needed to.

Damn it. So this is the culprit. Thank God I didnt make that one of my baskets. Is this for real? With a lot of people that are using this as a wallet then that is also a lot of bitcoin to rob. Creepy.

Lord, when will people learn not to keep their money in someone else's wallet...

coinbase lets me in but it is really laggy. I guess the next few days will be great to buy cheap BTC for people who are in long term.

Same here. It's understandable - I'm sure they're overwhelmed with logins this evening.

Anyone how I could possibly purchase a DSLR Camera with bitcoin?
I'm interested in purchasing a Canon EOS 70D. Are there any electronics vendors y'all know of
that accept BTC as payment, or do you know how I can easily convert to fiat?

NewEgg, TigerDirect. Both have 'em. There ya go!

I wonder what these people do with all this stolen money...

what would you do with 60 millions USD? Smiley  You would open a real business(if you really want to feel the pulse of society) in your country, you will buy a house, 2 houses...10...so that you can rent them, cars, woman  , anything you wish.

you would live a life without any problem.

A normal person would do that, I just have a hard time believing these sleaze hang up their black hats and start living like "normal" rich people. I suspect they're already thinking about their next heist to gain a billion dollars.

Re: Is bitcoin downing to 400?
by

There is a lot of resistance though, I don't see it downing to sub-400 levels unless a huge amount of coins (over 3500) are dumped in a short period.

stop lying.
the order book is extremely thin
even our partners cant sell off their small amount of 25k btc because it would total colapse the market instantly
there are much bigger players in the market then our partners so it can only go down
you can purchase all full details, please send pm if you have interest

Maybe your partners can only crash the market for short period. I would like to know if they are keen to sell 25k BTC at $300.

Right now they're not even selling at $400. And why were his "partners" so dumb as to buy $10,000,000 worth of bitcoin in the first place?

I am an avid 4th amendment supporter, this kind of thing outrages me that this right isn't permeated everywhere.
Bitcoin *still* requires security measures for it not to be taken, even by authorities.

Security measures that are pretty darn quick and easy to take. And if one wants to eschew a financial institution, with Bitcoin you won't have to worry about your "cash" getting seized for no other reason than it catching a good officer's eye.
