Lender would love to lend on borrowers will collateral, and in your case since you are a newbie and you have not build your reputation yet, you are not entitled for a non collateral kind of loan. If you have btc and you borrow altcoins, that's alright, but based on the terms i have see is that your collateral should 120% of value higher than the amount of loan you'll request.
Yeah I understand this I don't know about collateral before I enter this site. I respect all the opinions and welling to build a good reputation in the future.

If I have a car I will not ask for a loan to get a car why should I do this. I can see the collateral is like insurance that the money will return back to the lender but from my point of view I see the collateral dose not make any thing. I can not take money unless I have a big amount of collateral so If I have a big collateral I will use it for my profit making a good money from it.

From a borrower's prospective, you'd want someone who instantly has what you want or need, right? Or else why would you come to the Lending subforum? That should answer your question

I know that every one has his own concern and collateral is like insurance for money to return but my wondering was if I have the amount I need as collateral why I ask for a loan. I enter this subfroum to see how this work I don't know about collateral.

As per your example . you have 1 BTC, and you need fast lets say 4000 $ worth of ETH for 2 months . You know that possibly in 2 months your 1 BTC will be worth more , and you don't want to sell it today , thus the reason why people prefer to take a loan with collateral instead of selling it.

This is a good answer and I see it is right but even though I can do this sell it and making some money and then buy it again. But you know maybe the price won't go maybe go down.

I've been a part of two recent attempts to scam our forum's lenders on Telegram. If you use that platform for communication, please take every precaution to ensure with whom you are communicating.
The scammer will contact a couple of reputable forum members; one for a loan and the other for collateral escrow, then create an account to impersonate the escrow provider, and start a group discussion with the impostor account.
Please be careful, and lets prevent this dirtbag from scamming anyone.

Assuming that at least some of the details are true... I sincerely doubt that this would be a roundtrip from Yemen and that you have a business that could repay $20k by the end of the year if you haven't got any savings and have to borrow even to get passports.

If you can't reveal any sensitive information, then at least tell us this.
No lender is going to have confidence in your reliability if you're not willing to at least relinquish details on how you intend to handle things after you get the money. If there's no anticipated way of repaying the loan then it's a very high-risk transaction.

As I was curious about the passport price (I paid around 30 for mine a few months ago) being that high, I did a bit of google research and found a couple of sites. This oneis a bit old (but is the most complete) , but prices match the other newer ones I have found. There you can read...

Again thank you Csmiami for your search and curious. I pay 220000 rial Yemen to get a passport for my mom but at the end I did not get anything.
you know I am in sana'a and to get a passport valid and travel with I need to travel to Aden and instated of taking 6hrs to arrive it take 24hrs to get there in the road you will pay around 70k rial Yemeni after 24hrs you will arrive to Aden to start the process of getting passport.
You will rent a hotel to stay because the passport take about one week to issues. Every night you pay about 15k rial Yemeni the rent of the hotel and about 10k your food and other thing so the math is:
70K + (15K * 5) + (10K * 5) = 195K in rail Yemen and after you get the passport you go back to sanaa and this cost you 70K in the trip
195K + 70K = 2560000 rial Yemen this about 600$
After all this you may don't get your passport because they are finish and need to be printed again.
Believe me the living here is much harder than you can even imagine
