A txt file, in a vera(true-)crypt archive is probably more secure, especially if it only contains a cryptic description or hint of the passwords. (still wouldn't use it for btc stuff)
Right now, it's a complicated scenario where everything is pretty uncertain. We don't know what kind of other variants of the virus will appear, we don't know what the long-term effects are post-infection but we don't know those of the vaccine either.. it's all just an uncertainty and I think the worst thing I can do right now is take rushed choices..
What is quite clear is that general health plays a role, so for now I try to work on that, keep vitamins and minerals stocked up and try to vary my food more.
A whole bitcoin sponsored by "Bitcoin Meester". Strange. I tried to use that site once but they had way to much trouble dealing with even 1/10 bitcoin, so I gave up on them.
But needing a crew is annoying so I'll probably keep things small, something like this :
My choice too, maybe a slightly longer one to reduce fuel cost and increase range. and way more solar. I'm involved in custom build aluminum catamarans and have seen several clients move to a smaller ship so they can kick most or all crew off the ship when the owner arrives. Also quite a few that sold their house to cross the globe permanently.
Not stated in the article, but several residents had corona in the weeks before Sinterklaas visited. He may very well have been infected there instead of spreading the invention. It has been know for a year that ventilation systems in care homes, schools, etc. are particularly good at spreading covid19.
Should have put all the money in bitcoin, claim he’d lost access to them. Hide the private keys somewhere, do his jail time & then access the corn when he got out.
Launder it: eat the key in court, then sell interviews and books for btc.
Florida Man who Used COVID-Relief Funds to Purchase Lamborghini Sports Car Charged in Miami Federal Court A Florida man was arrested and charged with fraudulently obtaining $3.9 million in Paycheck Protection Program (PPP) loans and using those funds, in part, to purchase a sports car for himself. Authorities seized a $318,000 sports car and $3.4 million from bank accounts at the time of arrest.
Even criminals thrust banks. I hope they learned there lesson
JUST KIDDING!!!.... I sold all my Tesla stock at $350.... fuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuck!!!
Kept 90% of btc, bought most around $250 with extra fiat, took some profit to buy more btc, now have a nice position in both and no fiat. Some people recommend against my 100% TSLA portfolio but btc probably isn't there idea of diversification. I just like to keep it simple.
1) Storing the keys for the encrypted file also on the network. 2) Why even bother to write that the attacker deleted the files from the network? no backups?
[...] Imagine a future where a user Alice has bitcoins and wants to send them with maximal privacy, so she creates a special kind of transaction. For anyone looking at the blockchain her transaction appears completely normal with her coins seemingly going from address A to address B. But in reality her coins end up in address Z which is entirely unconnected to either A or B. [...]
And then Z can't spend them because according to the blockchain he never received them. Am I overlooking something or is it a stupid idea?
