Over 2 week and my issue still is not SOLVED. 1 btc stolen from my account you can see in posts in past. But still nothing solved. Support doesn't answer. Stunna said 1 day later he will let me know about all. And 2 week passed. Nothing comes. Stunna doesn't write. Or support. What is it really?

Ok now my account got blocked because of too many login aattempts but i am already logged in and it took me out of my account. Can someone tell me what is going on? I formatted my computer. I have only google chrome installed. changed my password with much more better one. and now this happened? It says too many login attempts. But i made only one.

No i guess. Because if it happened to me it can happen to anyone else. And after you have that kind of problem primedice support will only say your funds are gone. If it is gone we cannot do anything else. If gone then it is gone. Sad but what they answer was that.

That's exactly what they would say. When funds go missing from blockchain.info accounts its the users fault and absolutely nothing they can do about it. Most people don't set up 2-factor and that's the biggest cause of theft but it can still be bypassed or broken.

Yes actually they would do that (happened to me before for 0.4 btc) .
If it was site that is compromised than they should refund all balances but since its isolated case its users fault and the site cant do anything about it.

Micro 2fa can be broken into so easy? And i did not cash out from uk in 2 second. and the account which cashed out is stealing from everybody. Well if u have malware or keylogger u are giving ur 2fa code and ur password to a "hacker" .
And ofc im not saying u are trying to scam pd for 1btc , i was talking about that as an example of why they cant refund anybody who claims that theirs acocunt is compromised and money gone.
Yeah i understand your point but 2FA is on my phone on google auth. Android phone got the same malware? I am not saying that i did not make any mistake maybe i did something also but i just want to be found out. If it is my fault say it is yours. (actually i dont think so anything here my fault) but i am open for discussion on anything. If that starts to happen on bigger accounts then really it is a huge problem. And if it happened to me it can happen to anyone else saying again.

pd is not scamming anyone. just people are trying to recover their funds.

Hey guys
Yesterday i've had an issue on primedice and while i was betting my balance gone to zero from 1 btc and my time was 20.02 eest and then i gone crazy and i was writing to people i am not busted but i just lost 1 btc why it happened and they told me to check transaction log and everything. When i gone into transaction log i have seen 2 transactions out of my wallet on 17.30! but i still had 1 btc when time was 20.02

Also made a malware scan but there was nothing. And also I HAVE 2FA enabled. So how did it happen? Mods told write e mail to support i wrote and plus they said post on primedice topic. So i post here too. That blockchain wallet is always playing luckybit from the UK. Since it is not possible for me to go to UK for betting and i do connect all the time with Turkish ip address which is my own ip adress and i never use any proxy Stunna can see that in his site log i think. Can you guys help me out here? I feel little sad about loss of a 1 btc and how it happened. Thanks in advance

sry man ,similar thing happened to me and 2 weeks have passed and still no answer from support ...it seams primedice is becoming the next mt gox
If you see amount u are missing on transaction log or tip log , then that means somebody else got access to your account and cashed out that amount .
Which means its gone and there is nothing pd support can do about it other than check if that money went to another pd account.
if account was password protected and i had no malware/virus/trojan installed it means that it is pd's fault,i don't care about the money ,all i want is an apology from pd and to recognize that it is their fault ... else you guys just lost a player...
Well micro this is starting to be annoying. I have 2fa and i have 16 letter uppercase lovercase and numbers password. So this is my fault still? I had no malware and i waas using the computer only for primedice because it was a crappy computer which i dont use for anything.

There's never been a situation ever where balance vanished or was randomly bet away. Did anyone ask you to run any programs or paste anything in your console during your times on the website? I'll send you a PM to follow up, the way our system works is basically all or nothing. I'll still forward this to our developer to have him look into it.
I, to be fair, once had a situation on primedice where I tried to withdrawal a small amount and I got a message that withdrawals where not available at the moment, that they were down. But my balance had gone to zero anyway after clicking withdrawal. Also to be fair, you made it right about a week later after you responded to my second email.
Maybe that doesn't count as "randomly vanishing" but it did actually vanish, until you guys fixed the problem and brought it back.
A week is a pretty long time. Just goes to show that PD has HORRIBLE support (otherwise it is a great site, not hating).
No i never used any bots or i did not paste anything. I use that computer only for primedice and i have only a few programs on there. I was actually afk when it haappened and when i come back my balance was zero and primedice was saying insufficent funds to bet. And i was in shock. I was not busted. Then i started to scream on global talk and tried to find out if there is someone else which had the same situation and some guys said they had it before too. And even if i used bots or anything else my account is 2FA protected. How someone can break into 2FA? that is the question. And I eventually lost my 1 btc when i was afk and i am living alone in my house. I dont have any fairy to steal my btc or animals.
