Attention everyone. First off, everything is going as planned and a lot more is currently being developed. However, I had a crazy idea and I was wondering if the community would want to take a vote on this. This could be a first of its kind. I present to you the idea of a Crypto Masternode Tournament. How it works is simple; each masternode registered would be assigned a number. Each week, we will go to https://www.random.org/ and randomize a number. The winning number associated with the masternode will win the total Stake % of that day. (1200 slings approx). You could call this the Weekly Sling lotto. Any input, ideas, thoughts or strategies to make this idea better, sharing them would be appreciated. If the vote does not pass the masternode tournament will not take place.

The app should tell how risky particular 0 confirmation transaction is. This is much better than the current safe approach - 6 confirmations recommended.

Thank you for this giveaway. And good luck everyone, the blockchain hash draw is definitively provably fair draw. Much better than random.org

Serious investor put money to developing bitcoin technology (ATM, hardware wallets,...)
Buying bitcoin is just speculation, not a investment and has only short term effect on price

Re: Would you jump every 2 min for the next 5 years if you were to receive 10,000 BT
And 99.999% of people will die including professionals. Even the vast VAST minority of people of people who out of sheer unprobable luck survivrd, they would likely die soon afterwards or have untenable brain and body organ injuries.
I doubt about this, it is just about 500 jumps per day.
But everyone would miss the 2 minutes between jumps if not doing like jump every minute
Anyway, you will be dead or crazy after 5 years

Re: Bitcoin, Alt currencies & future market direction
I have decided to look at putting some money into some of the Alt Currencies that seem to have potential. Coins like StableCoin, Quark, Earth and GlobalCoin all look to have huge potential. What are peoples opinions on the above coins are there any I should stay clear of?
Ask yourself first if these coins have some significant improvement over Bitcoin to see if there is some possibility for these coins take some of Bitcoin market share in future.

Re: Why it is difficult for bitcoin to become mainstream

Obviously we are early adopters, normal people would not buy Bitcoins just to spend it. Too complicated process now, but as more jobs will be paid in Bitcoin, the adoption will speed up
2) A chargeback mechanism needs to be put in place, to provide a form of trust, or else consumers will continue to use their credit card.
Chargeback mechanism is bullshit. Look at PayPal doing chargebacks whenever they want. You can be scammed with this chargeback anytime, and I though stealing money (chargeback) is crime, oh boy I was so wrong!
DOGE is ridiculous. I can't believe how much attention it's getting, attention that is overshadowing other innovative coins. Perhaps if its popularity continues they can drop the meme, change the name, and focus on mainstream acceptance? Not sure if that's technically possible. The absolute worst, most embarrassing thing about DOGE is that... I have some
As long as someone pays for my GPU time I dont care how the coin name is. Hopefully this situation will last long
So far there are 200+ alt coins created, what do you think is the best coin for the future? I am not sure any can really compete with Bitcoin, but the Bitcoin has only 21 million coins, it can not be used as a serious currency that used daily. There are coins created with billions in total, which will be more reasonable to be used in daily life.
Does not make sence, there are billions of mBTC in total, pretty reasonable to be used in daily life.
Hello guys I am a newbie with this mining hardware.
I understand well and i have done some research about the actual mining. So the difficulity rate goes up. Now I am looking to buy the new terraminer IV with its 2000 GH/s. I am thinking of buying 2 at once that will be somewhere around 10k. Will it take long to get ur ROI? Can someone help me out because I searched alot and made some calculations and with the current bitcoinrate I should be able to get my investment back in somewhere around a month or maybe 2. Somebody have some decent advise for me?
I thank everybody sincerly for helping me out!
1st It is preorder 2nd Mining difficulty increases over time
Do you factor both these things in your calculation ?
Definitely look closely at mining calculators. just know that today, investing $2000 in gear might be a good idea and show as profitable, but in 1 month, you could be seeing red.
Fair warning!
I agree, Scrypt ASIC could make GPU mining unprofitable next year
