(From Official_BlockFolks) Update 6: Bounty Data has been submitted to the dev team. If you have not yet KYC at the website and submit your email to me, you wont be able to receive the tokens.
I have pushed a lot for the bounty participants and this is the best that we can do. Here is what we have done for the bounty participants so far.
- All Bounties ends on 7 Aug. KYC link is given, and has to be completed by 10 Aug 1pm Forum Time.
- KYC service EXTENDED to 20th Aug, so the deadline for KYC and pm-ing me your email has been extended from 10th Aug to 20th Aug. (10 extra days for KYC)
- I personally still extend as much as i can till 24th Aug 7pm before the team officially extract the bounty data.
For tokens distribution, It will take another 3 to 4 weeks to distribute the tokens.

Dear, when will the 5 XML be sent to the users who participated in the bounty signature campaign to activate the Stellar account?
I have the xlm in my wallet already. But with the recent changing in the tokens, i have to delay. I just received the updated guide for adding the updated chynge tickers so everything should be clear. I would wait for a day or 2 to assist those who has difficulties and then i would send out the xlm later on. Thanks for understanding.

General Rules for Bitcointalk bounty participants:

I have to say waiting for 6 months is not normal for bounty rewards but it is also possible. As a bounty manager, i do have one ico who took 6 months to unlock the tokens. It is called EBCoin. They finish in early of the years - jan to feb, but they just recently unlock their tokens. Even the investors are unable to move or trade their tokens until now.
as we know, many governments in the world are banning bitcoins and here I have my own why the government want to kill Bitcoin, because I think Bitcoin can be used for terrorist financing, money laundering, illegal weapons purchases, crime and tax evasion. therefore the government forbids Bitcoin, because Bitcoin transactions are difficult to trace so it is only natural for me if the government is very worried about Bitcoin and many country banning (block) Bitcoin.

I think you're right because bitcoins are really hard to control so most countries want to ban it, they give bad news to people to boycott it. The governments want to control the finance of their own countries and bitcoin is definitely stopping them from all these. without these capability, it can really put the country in the risk of losing a certain percentage of the their gdp.
That is the beauty of bitcoin. it is decentralised so even if there are a lot of countries trying to ban bitcoin, it can still be used by some other countries/individuals that support it.
It is great to have more bitcoin atm around for more people get into bitcoin. however, i do realise that these btc atm has way too high spread that make it really pointless to buy from the btc atm. Instantly, you will lose as much as 20% of your base investment.
The rejection of the bitcoin ETF will continue to grow as it is still a very new market and the price movement is too huge. There is why more time is needed to monitor its growth.
