Hi - I am not sure why you thought there is free token - there is none. The current rate is 90k/ETH - the breakup is there in the original post. If you are participating in bounty, you will get rewarded for your work. There is no free token.

As far as the product is concerned, the retail version is web based, the enterprise version is deployed at scale and private cloud based - which you may think as standalone. Hope this answers the question.

Background:
This is an announcement for an upcoming data analytics product which uses machine learning to efficiently extract relevant information you need from a large corpus. Eventually the goal is to extend the solution using deep learning and recurrent neural network.
The academic PoC was validated using Enron data corpus and USENET. The dev team is building the actual beta version using curated proprietary corpus. For the curious, the current basis is a combination of TF/IDF and word2vec/paragraph2vec. Whitepaper is in progress. The current product vertical is for corporate email and messaging, and other verticals will come into picture with maturity. The development is generic and modularized, so no significant overhaul is required to apply in a new vertical other than high level interface layering.
Although the targeted business sector is enterprise companies, the end product will be made accessible online through properly designed interface, and thus it will expand the coverage to both B2B and B2C.
Work in progress in the following areas:

Token is based on Ethereum network, and can only accept ETH. At the moment, the team is opening up the token as a gratitude to super early investors, but the same offering will kick into the standard pipeline of pre-sale, pre-ICO, ICO when the time is right. The listing has been staggered such that each stage has fixed amount of tokens to be offered, and as a certain amount of tokens gets exchanged out, the next tier starts.
The rate of DIA token (let's call it gratitude token as of now) starts at 90,000 per ETH, and reduces once each milestone is hit. Here is a correspondence between remaining amount of token and the rate:
> 90B : 90k/ETH (less than a cent at current price)
> 80B : 80k/ETH
....
> 10B : 10k/ETH
Rest: 1k/ETH
An 8% pool has been set aside for a combination of dev/bounty/reward. The details of the token is as follows:

Max supply cap: 100B
