I was surprised to see the long list of developments and updates of TRON. The team is very professional and enthusiastic, put all their energy into TRON platform, thus, TRON would be a successful platform and it is promising to invest in TRX.
You're right. I also saw their video named"All About TRON", in which a girl introduce every aspects of TRON in Japanese (translated in English). It's also impressive.

Just curious, when was the first time did you guys buy a cryptocurrency? and which one did you buy (do not tell me you all bought bitcoin lol)?

Tron is not as popular as you think it can be seen very well by the level of capitalization, which so far remains unchanged!

It took so much effort merely to remain unchanged for many companies.

I used to have a small amount of bitcoin in 2013, but I sold it in 2014. Now I decided to hold TRX for a while.
I remember that Tron's price rose up to over 1 dollar in the begining of this year, so there's still hope
I hold some tron and will just hold it more and even cutting loss won't be necessary anymore. Tbh, I hope for some pump when they launched the mainnet but I saw nothing but it just dump more.
We cannot deny that every new technology has its period to be developed and widely known by others. I think TRON does not focus on the temporary price rising-up as it has truly explored its technique and business partnership. Maybe there seems to be little progress by far, but compared to other projects, TRON has the potential, eg. users from Pornhub and Bittorrent. In fact, Justin is indeed trying to applying TRON's technology to these platforms and also focusing on the DAPPs development now. Tron has only created for one year, so let's have some faith and see what's going on next. Everyday we have some progress to share with you guys, so little change will accumulate and time will tell.

In the past week, the TRON project continued to run smoothly. Here is this week's update for all of our supporters, believers and followers.
Technical Development
Work Completed:
1. [Structure] Tested memory database optimization and transaction priority;
2. [Smart Contract] Optimized the TVM cache; added records for InternalTransaction in TransactionInfo.
Work in Progress:
1. [Structure] Transaction receipt tree design and partial development;
2. [Smart Contract] Test InternalTransaction.
Global Community
1.On the occasion of Halloween, TRON global users can share TRON-related Halloween elements on Facebook or Twitter with the hashtag #TRICKORTRX, and participate in the Halloween campaign. We will pick 5 most creative participants and they each will get 6666 TRX.
Developer Community
1.DexTron (EasyTrade) and Peg (TronBase) completed the distributed trading platform demonstration respectively;
2.Added data monitoring (and alarm) such as TronGrid health and uptime monitoring; added server nodes in Singapore;
3.Discord launched for all developers. Issues raised from active developer communities were recorded in JIRA.
4.Completed the integration with two exchanges, and integration projects with 4 new exchanges are on-going;
5.$3,000 were rewarded to community hackers for vulnerability reports;
6.In the past month, the developer community has been visited by more than 12,000 people; the developer documentation has been further improved based on developer feedback;
7.October meetup in San Francisco completed successfully with interactive presentations and constructive developer feedback.
8.TRONpay was released.

1.Energy freeze/unfreeze features went live on Tronscan.
2.Optimized the account query feature of Tronscan.
3.Completed developing V1.1 of Dapphouse, including comment and DApp contract data display;
4.Self-developed Android wallet at 90% development progress;
5.Completed developing Bancor DEX for Tronscan.

1.The well-known Russian media platform FTimes.ru published an article on TRON, titled "TRONCard Will Be the First Fully-Featured Payment Card for Cryptocurrency". FTimes.ru is a news source gathering latest and relevant information from all areas;
2.TRX is now supported by HyperPay Wallet. Hyper is the world's first digital wallet with on-chain and off-chain functionalities in one, dedicated to integrating personal finance. TRON MainNet daily transaction volume records about 901,408 Txs, BTC (259,638 Txs), ETH (537,236 Txs), and XRP (385,276 Txs);
5.The Japanese media agency Bitdays published an article: TRON (トロン/TRX) is Now Available on Digital Currency Wallet "Trust Wallet". The article says: TRON officially announced that virtual currency wallets Trust Wallet and HyperPay Wallet began to support TRX, and users can deposit and transfer TRX in these two wallets.
6.JOYSO has established a partnership with TRON, the 11th largest public chain by global market cap, to build a hybrid DEX on the TRON blockchain. It will be an important infrastructure for all DApps built on TRON, and it will contribute to the sound and sustainable development of the TRON ecosystem as a whole.

I must assume that you're already broke now for holding trx. Good luck to you.
Though we have different perspective but I won't sell my bitcoin just to buy an altcoin even it promised me the moon and the stars.
I'd rather go all in with bitcoin with stabilize platform than to risk everything with altcoin. Well just my honest view.
Well, holding bitcoin is an infinitely correct choice since its price is stable. However, it's also a conservative choice because bitcoin won't show any steep trend of depreciation or appreciation.From the perspective of investigation, I agree with you to hold some bitcoin to hedge,but it's also necessary to investigate some altcoin, especially those who shows trend of appreaciation.

I believe in decentralized Internet firmly and I contemplate that TRON is heading on a right direction. Although it still has many aspects to improve, but their staff really work hard to achieve their goal. I once contacted with them in e-mail because there is something I cant figure out about my TRX. Surprisingly they responded quickly in a gentle way. After that I began to totally believe in them because a good attitude is always the precursor of success.

I used to have a small amount of bitcoin in 2013, but I sold it in 2014. Now I decided to hold TRX for a while.
Good decision mate, if there is any coin I am really going to be vouching for its long term prospect, it is TRON. For the fact that it is even selling at $0.0225 approximately, it is like a pretty huge bargain anyone who is a smart investor will not want to miss accumulating at all. I am actually holding some pretty good worth on my Exodus wallet right now and i am so looking forward to the fact that I am going to be getting huge benefit in terms of value on this project in the long run. It is not about the number of coins, it is always about the number of few quality ones you pick and TRON will always be one of them.

I think that number is still small to categorize Tron as profitable Altcoins, most Tron achievements are partnerships that I don't know about that impact on their focus or TRX use cases, can you tell me about that?
I heard that Justin Sun is gonna focus on the DAPP exploration at the next step, which is indeed the thing that Tron needs to be improved at present.

Well, I think you should be more farseeing if you do believe in blockchain industry. It is obvious that all the cryptocurrency, or we can say the entire global economy are under an extremely harsh predicament. So it's hard for all kinds of economic forms. Honestly, it IS a success when a crytocurrency has maintained itself in this situation.Just hold on and see what will happen. I believe in TRON cuz at least it survived.
