Re: Worried about the ABLE Bounty
by

The ICO hasn't ended yet but the token were already listed om the idex which is somehow unusual. I have read this on their thread weeks ago which is why some users where questioning their management. They claimed to have collected more than 10K ETH so if they did actually got such amount, there wouldn't have a problem waiting for the distribution of bounties.

The point is: how to punish the project founders and top-management?
Such project doesn't deserve to exist.

Although I do not participate in this ABLE bounty but if all you stated in this topic is true and you have tried all measure to get answers from the team members and management of the bounty all to no avail, then I think the project is not legit.

And it is like if project doesn't want to pay, they can allow such behaviour and work as nothing has happened?
and we can't even defend ourselves?
So sad Sad

I also followed this ABLE bounty campaign. Hopefully, the project is not a scam, because we have taken the time to follow the bounty. So just wait for further information that will come. If it's not there and it's a scam, it's just that our work isn't paid. Forget and start working on the other bounties.

Sorry, but you're wrong.
In crypto-world TRUST is everything.
If there's no TRUST, then a project may scam everyone.
Today bounty hunters and bounty manager himself - tomorrow investors and hodlers.
If you'd been contributed them almost in all campaigns, like: twitter, fb, signature, content, telegram and etc, and you've been given about 3-4K $ of tokens, you would call the project scam because they fooled you.

We call them SCAM because no one of ABLE team answers about bounty. They kicked out all bounty hunters from their chats by their telegram ID. They entirely deleted bounty group in telegram and etc. They kicked out bounty manager himself.

Such behaviour lefts nothing than calling it a SCAM and WARNING PEOPLE of this project.

Hello everybody! I took part in the ABLE bounty. Today, in the telegram chat, bounty hunters began to ask the administration of the group on issues related to payments and some new information on this matter. The administration of the group did not answer for a long time. I`ve begun to worry about this because usually in groups there is at least some sort of presence of moderators, but here there is nothing.

I would like to ask what you think about this and how you can achieve at least some kind of connection with the administration that is responsible for the project.

P.S.
Maybe someone can write a message in the Korean locale about this?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=4450204 <- This is Able Bounty topic

Hello! I participated in bounty campaign too.
I got banned in all ABLE related groups for no reason, because I did not even write there anything because I was avoiding the ban. But I got banned just because I was bounty hunter and probably they blocked me by my ID.
I suppose that they banned all bounty hunters.
And I suppose that this ABLE Project will turn out to be a next SCAM.
I really warn investors and all others from working with the project.
I also plea the BTT from putting negative trust or something on the project so all others will know that the project is a fraudulent SCAM.

Re: Are you still using MEW?
by

on 27/08/2018, 20:22:08 UTC
From various sources, MyEtherWallet (MEW) are not under development and maintenance any more. Even its founders has confirmed that they are switching to develop a new platform called mycrypto and encourage everybody to move there property to there.
But IMO, MEW or mycrypto is just a gateway to access your real wallet in the blockchain, so, both of them are still fine event MEW is not maintained anymore, right?

Never used. I only use metamask
Thank developers now I can send my tokens via metamask itself without need to launch MEW

Re: STOP THIS DESPERATION FOR FREE TOKENS!!!
by

Indeed sometimes the rewards from free tokens currently not worth for our efforts but some people can accept that even with small rewards they will do micro task but if you got lucky to choose good tokens wich have potential to grow then i think possibly the value from those free tokens amount will increase following the price so basically i will says do not underestimate low amount because if you can collect it consistently then gradually you will get decent amount too

From my experience only 0.0001% project gonna send their free tokens from drops.
And only few of them gonna list ever.

This is the bitter truth about the current state of Cryptos and the markets. Funny news or hyped releases don't sway the market anymore. Even huge coin burn that used to pump prices don't move any shit in 2018.
Talk less of fancy new launches of new projects. Or even once magical 'Binance listing'. Its a stage of development that everyone should bring themselves to accept so you don't suffer avoidable loses

Yes. In 2018 a lot of people are struggling with this uneasy market situation.
But it's not all about this.
People just foolishly do silly tasks in order to get tokens for nothing.

I think mostly desperate for free tokens are those who are not good at math and can not count that it's not profitability not in terms of transaction fee, but also from time and reputation risk.

Re: Mining or Trading which one is safe?
by
husanlarisa
on 24/08/2018, 20:21:15 UTC
I want to know about mining vs trading topic. Many people saying that mining is the safest source of earning some coin. On the contrary, some other people say that trading is the best source of earning money. As a newbie, I am a bit confused about that. Which one is safe to do you think?

From safety account, in my opinion, mining is a winner if done correctly.
At least, it is a passive income.
You don't trade in volatile market.
You can sell the hardware after you mined enough.

I think I'm part of the doers though I'm also thinking of a startup but I'm not confident that I can do it alone. Hopefully someday that I'll be also a dreamer.

Where did you get these labels? First time of hearing these state labels for blockchain supporters.

Yes. The first time ever hearing such labels. May be it is created by the topic-starter himself.
By the way, what kind of start-up?

Current State of Blockchain

Have 3 category ( Dreamers, Drummers, and Doers)
You are in which category ?

Dreamers
- startups
- Researchers
- Scientists

Drummers
- Crypto Capitalists
- Meetups
- Hackathons

Doers
- Developers
- Enterprises
- Stakeholders

I am from Doers category.
I run a business on blockchain platform.
The platform is a marketplace for distributors (creating a channel of distribution) and tokenized businesses.
I hate hodling.
When dealing with activities where I can not influence in any way other than buying or celling, I feel that I am inable of taking right action.

What have you been using your ETH for?

For trading
To buy ICO
For long term investment
Other - explain

I don’t have any significant amount of ethereum. I use it only for transactions of my ERC-20 tokens.
Usually it gets 0.03-0.1 USD.

Re: Best wallet for altcoins?

What is the best and trusted wallet for lots of altcoins?

No other wallet is safer than the wallet created by the coin dev/team

When you have too much coins it’s pretty difficult to manage all that wallets.
The best ones are cold wallets.

It’s mostly depends on the protocol. For ERC-20 compliant tokens the best wallet, for others I don’t know.
But the best one is cold wallets.

One investor says it's the only investment opportunity where a poor person can leverage skill and luck, and literally become a millionaire. So, do you think crypto can make us rich overnight?

Yes. It is still the only investment opportunity where you can invest somehow 1000$ and get millions.
But for that one has to have a strong gut.

Re: Is it secure to use MyEtherWallet?
by
husanlarisa
on 20/08/2018, 18:45:12 UTC
I want to create new wallet using MyEtherWallet(dot)com, is it recommended wallet and easy to use?

I would recommend to use Metamask instead.
MyEtherWallet got hacked a lot of times.
So be cautious.
