Okay, from what I have been able to find, the time from finalizing the batch, it will take up to 10 weeks to deliver the chips, and another 3 weeks to assemble the boards - t13hydra, is this correct?

...

I believe this may answer your questions.

Batch 2 people get it for .75 batch 1 for .8 and anyone else just purchasing through his website .85.  it looks like you need to PM Steve if you are batch 1 or 2 to arrange a special coupon to get the discount from his website.

Thanks Smiley Do you know if there has been any information on the time from completion of the batch to delivery of the assembled boards to the shipping company?

t13hydra

I'm not going to read all 20+ pages, but I'd like to get the prices clarified (and I'm sure others will as well). 0.081 for each chip, and how much for a board? 0.75, 0.8, or 0.85 ? (those are the prices I've seen in the OP and the latest pages.

32 chips @ 0.09

There are higher bidders than 0.09 BTC, look at the above table, please
Don't you have 248 chips for sale?
I'm sorry, i could not edit the 1st post anymore. I've had 168 chips, because in a way i was forced to reserve 80 chips for a local business here.
You can contact the current bidders and ask them if they are willing to sell. Or you can wait 24 hours and see if all of them have paid the amount they have bid. If no payment is made, i will reput the chips at auction.
Sorry, again, for the inconvenience
At least you could have made a post. I would have bid sufficiently to get the chips in any case, but too late now I suppose. Where are you based in any case?

Re: It's stupid that newbies must make 5 posts and browse for 4 hours. Here's why

It's reasonable. 5 posts to various topics, be constructive or not is fairly quick to do. Browse 4 hours? If I'd registered the first time I visited bitcointalk.org, it would easily be 30+ hours, so again it seems reasonable.

Re: Why do you have BTC's?

Was setting up a mining operation, and for a period BTC was the most profitable to mine. But other than that, I like to keep my virtual money in a few different crypto currencies to minimize the risk.

Might as well get used to it, BTC is a relatively low volume compared to what is being traded on other exchanges, so the price will be much less stable.

Is the 4 hours limited to the Newbie-section or can I browse the other forums aswell?

You can browse freely.

Thanks, I was worried that I had to browse newbies for an entire 4 hours!

So let me get this straight - to be allowed out "in the wild" it's somehow helpful to make meaningless posts here? Well, okay, I can do that.
