I think the wallet itself can find peers if you are using spartancoin wallet 1.2, and you can try the nodes I posted above.

That"s impressive. I just released new spartancoin 1.2.0.4 wallet and the logo. Currently the blockchain size is only 447M, very small, so it is not necessary to make a bootstrap. You just wait less than half a day your blockchain will be full synced.
