You are right, the slum in bitcoin price has brought all the alts down.. including the most valuable among them, DRK.
Given the fact that btc is a whole lot bigger, if btc dives sub 500 then dark becomes even cheaper!

Dark is composed of some of the smartest minds in crypto. I am sure Darksend+ beats that old cryptonote system by far. That is why they made it.
They know the downfall of cryptonote system and others and is building a better coin then even bitcoin. (lets be real ,@cinamon_carter Bitcoin has all the hype.)
DRK is at its ground floor right now and cloak is a big distraction.
 
Compare even bit to dark you'll see DRK is a serious coin going serious high in the future for the fact that we know the creator has a financial adviser license.
Cloak Dev and most others have nothing to show for himself and not be in-charge of millions of dollars of other peoples money.
Its so early, We don't even know the Darkcoin Team's grand plan yet.

This makes me even more optimistic for the real Darkcoin.

You are right about loving this coin. Once you go DRK, you don't go back!

1 BTC a week is only about 7-9 masternodes already and should be much less once drk catches up to btc in the future.  

 I would like to say : Satoshi showed his team the miners ran with missing keys gone forever intentionally. But it is uncertain if these first coins could ever be touched.

I question the motives of those fudding coins we all know will make it.

Darkcoin is even perhaps saving Bitcoin by being so alive with new innovation.

While satoshi left Bitcoin already, Darkcoin is in the works as we speak.

It is still very early and you ask a basic question which is yes and no.

Darksend works for a maximum of 10 coins but wait till Rc4 when you have another shield of anonymity and the 10 DRK limit is released.

This is all explained and is rather redundant to have the Dev take his or her busy time to tell you what has been posted.

Darkcoin is cutting edge tech that is released in stages. rc3 is for darkcoin masternode payments, rc4 is for darksend.

I cannot lie. This is one of the best coins out

My feeling is the NXT will do okay in the long run.

 Just because it managed to get itself high on coinmarketcap with calculating doesn't make it popular.

Making just short of 1,000,000,000 can get your coin up there.

IMO people generally like these type of coins. (high number of coins minted all at once)  bitcoiners didnt.

Not worth my money right now. Its a slow train, if you can call 100% POS a train. Early adopter advantage is barely there.

Everyone one bitcointalk has become so biased since diversifying in altcoins. Its hard to tell who to believe.

The way i see it, Dark is still on top and of $10 and will remain so because the dev is brilliant at a marketing strategy.

People don't realize yet, you can have someone else make Darkcoins for you. Any Darkcoin you buy can be used toward a masternode. There are companies which host masternodes professionally and even give them .5 DRk you can grow that. You get close to 2000th of a masternode reward, because it takes 1000Drk which is only 10k now, still thats alot.
Tell me can any other coin do that? That is why us non-I.T. guys love Darkcoin. if you don't day-trade, or mine, you can have someone else make Darkcoins for you.
