I think that is a payment from GMC slush fund to GMCF slush fund on behalf of one of the intergalactic mining Corps whose debt is with GMCF.

Initially GMCF's shares were held mostly by GMC rather than by GMCF's own slush fund, so that GMCF is one of the finance Corps from which GMC periodically buys back its GMC currency using shares of GMCF so that it can re-use the GMC currency to continue paying for the DEUterium deliveries.

Some future year the stockpiles of DEUterium will presumably start being used as currency backing commodity, both GMC and GRF have a deuterium token already created to represent DEUterium deliverable from their respective storage depots so one will choose to use GMCDEU or GRFDEU tokens depending on which Corp's depots you intend to have the actual commodity eventually delivered from.

Presumably the profit in that scheme will be the delivery fees unless they also end up floating the price instead of simply using the computed values regularly posted at https://galaxies.mygamesonline.org/deuterium.html

The finance Corps typically accumulate loan payments in their slush funds rather than putting them into their "treasuries", as they all still hope to buy up some of the debtor Corps for themselves if they can accumulate enough to pay off some Corp's loans themselves... indeed some of the Finance Corps already own outright one or more such mining Corps.

Like so much other game assets, typically owned mining Corps are NOT included in the "treasuries" of their owners, so such cases are yet another example of the massive underestimation of value the "treasuries" system deliberately accomplishes by design; if you don't know whether, or how many, other Corps a given Corp fully controls you are not really seeing the full value of the thing.

Which is useful in helping keep the calculated values calculated from the "treasuries" deliberately low.

Which in turn is useful because "spot markets" are so ridiculously crappy and "inefficient" at in any way indicating even vaguely any kind of intrinsic value.

Deliberately disigning the calculated values to be under-estimations helps keep it likely that the assets are most likely "really" ("intrinsically") worth more than the "spot markets" indicate.

I am still running Ubuntu 18.04 albeit I get firefox direct from firefox's own repo since the old Ubuntu one is out of date; but whatever, react shows error not the new data and seems to be saying the error is on the browser side though it seems to be react not firefox that is saying so.

That is GMC's main "slush fund", it mostly manages to pay using its own GMC (HZGMC on HORIZON) asset since it usually manages to buy lots of it back from some of the recipients using shares of GMCF (GMC Financial) to whom a lot of the beneficiaries are still paying-off their startup loans. Fpr Corps with such debts their payments for deliveries go direct to whichever finance Corp their debt is with.

Probably more useful than the usually-empty list of transactions that occurred within last ten blocks would be a list of the last ten transactions regardless of how long ago they happened.

Better than either maybe would be to compute both and show whichever of the two results in the most transactions to show, or show both.

Doing this would likely lately result in showing most transactions consist of General Mining Corp paying intergalactic mining Corps for DEUterium deliveries and from time to time buying back its GMC currency with shares of GMC Financial (GMCF).

Mainly you need to route incoming connections for the protocol in your modem if running at home, and ideally have dynamic DNS so your home IP address can have a name so other nodes can find its IP address as typically your provider will change your IP address from time to time...
