After my login was not working anymore, it was magically restored, without any response whatsoever. However, my NMC withdrawal was conveniently "not processed", there is no transaction for it and it was deducted from balance.

I know about the frozen funds, I used my account mainly after that moment for small amounts, and I had no problem trading or withdrawing, that is until a few days ago.
Somebody is still maintaining the site, because nobody hosts a site for free, and the support e-mail doesn't bounce. Last changes were visible after login.

Kumala, if you're still there, have the decency to release the remaining funds. I can confirm that my account was locked a few days ago with no response from support. Password reset was locked as well. No hacking or funny business, just the site suddenly not working anymore.

If device is not seen after upgrading fw, one solution would be to look the id/vendor string with lsusb and/or use latest udev 01-cgminer.rules.

Tried the cgminer-3.12.3-x86_64 today starting with a 3.9.0-ish optimal clock. I'm using the original firmware, since I didn't see any firmware updates and so didn't use the rpi at all. The device gets reset (every hour or so) with an error stating that no valid hash was found for the last 1 minute, and the clock gets decreased by 10, over and over. The final hashrate decreased significantly compared to 3.9.0-hf2.

Am I doing something wrong ?

+1 for options of updating firmware without RPI (using a computer as controller as well).
