Don't know, but yes in his offer it says that it is 3 months warranty, I don't know how is that possible, because in my country it is 2 years warranty by the law.

My supplier is offering me Palit GeForce GT P106-100 6144M GDDR5 192bit X (M/C:4000/1506) for price around 250e. You say it is not worth that money? Is there any benchmark of this card compered to 1060 or 1070?

As the cards don't apparently actually exist yet, or are JUST (maybe) starting to show up, benchmarks don't exist for them yet.

I don't know EU to USD conversion rate, dunno if that would be a reasonable price or not.

Lets say I can get them maybe for 270$, and my supplier is a big company, not some shady guy. Because I want to buy 18 1070 cards, but they are 480$. So I would like to know is the risk of not selling them for gaming worth 800+$ per rig.

Who's your supplier?

It is main distributor for Gainward and Palit nVidia to my country. But I will ask him about that cards.

I don't see a way, except classic money raising just trough cryptos. Only way I see it is something like this possible is if she was offering Xcoin in return for other coins. And promise that with Xcoin you will be able to buy something in future, and only with that coin. She needs to give a value to that coin, something investors will believe and see profit from beside nice filling for helping USA become better place. My 2cents

Re: Unstable MH/s on one GTX 1070

I want to build 1070 rig, I have few choices:

Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Dual 8GB - 480e
Palit GeForce GTX 1070 Jetstream 8GB - 530e
Gainward GeForce GTX 1070 8GB - 480e
Gainward GeForce GTX 1070 8GB Phoenix - 530e

What do you think? Is the 480e cards good enough for ETH/Zcash mining, and is there big difference between these 4 cards? Can I dual mine with these cards?

Well with high prices of the hardware right now your ROI will take some time, like 3 and a half months. Huge increases of difficulty every day is also not on your side, lets hope that price will follow at least. You won't probably get rich like early adopters but still you will see ROI and some gains, how much can't say it, all depends when will Ethereum move to POS and how much difficulty will go up. People are talking that after ETH goes POS something else will replace it, like ETC... and indeed it will but how profitable will it be that's a huge question.

I'm in the same boots like you, just started mining with 3 rigs. I would recommend you if you want to start, start asap. Time is not on your side.

Thanks for answers. Well I was deciding btw AMD 580 and Nvidia 1070, and I think this one has better resale value if something went wrong. And you can mine more algos with this one so more coins. That is key factor I'm with nVidia this one. And AMD prices is just ridiculous, like 30-40% more then 3 months ago.

This is the price I can get them. That is nice. My MSI 470 are going around 27-28 MH/s. I hoped that 580 will do around 31-33 MH/s, is that possible?

Hello people of all cryptocurrencies!

I can order some cards and I got list. Can you tell me what cards are best for mining in next 12 months. They are all AMD 570 or 580 chips, with 4 or 8 GB of memory. For now I'm mining ETH and I know memory is not that important, but maybe for future it is better to put little more money for some other coin.

Thanks in advance for your good advises! And here is the list:

Sapphire:
SAPPHIRE PULSE RADEON RX 570 ITX 4G GDDR5 - 234e
SAPPHIRE PULSE RADEON RX 570 4G GDDR5 DUAL - 246e

Do you know where can I buy risers in Europe, even better southern Europe? And also does @Finksy send his PSU to this part of Europe and how much will that be? Or is there someone similar to him who sells similar PSU's?

ETH mining-

Electricity Cost: 0,20€/kwH

Already ordered/got: Mobo + CPU + RAM + ethOS from GPUShack
+ EVGA Supernova 1200W (psu) + Kyerivs PCI-e risers + case

Question – In doubt between 6x GPU’s:

MSI RX 570 4GB Armor OC: 205€ [6x: 1230€]
MSI RX 570 4GB Gaming X: 222€ [6x: 1332€]
Sapphire Radeon RX 570 Nitro+ 8GB: 270€ [6x: 1620€]
MSI RX 580 4GB Gaming: 247€ [6x: 1482€]
MSI RX 580 8GB Armor OC: 271€ [6x: 1626€]

Expecting/Considering to continue on mining other altcoins after pos @ eth.

Any opinions regarding the best GPU in regard to possible MH/s vs Wattage consumption??

Thank you!

Where did you find those cards, I searched everywhere, there is no sign of RX570 or 580  Sad
